This is restaurant lies in the Hogland Park, quite nice surroundings. There's a possibility to sit outside if the weather permits. The salad was quite good actually, not the usual things to pick from. The main course was OK, nothing special. Well cooked and presented on the plate. Looked a bit dull, but tasted OK.The staff are nice and helpful.

We were seated quickly, with the options of inside or outside. We chose inside as we noted people smoking on the patio.The service was quite good and the waiter answered all of our questions. Our wine, a half carafe of the house red wine, was brought to us right away.We had the pasta with pork, and the veal entrecôte both of which were hot and tasty. The meats were tender and the pasta was perfect "al dente." The potatoes accompanying the veal were great - crunchy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside. Because we had enough food with our entrees we decided to forego dessert, although, we did note many diners around us having dessert and they seemed pleased with their selection.They take credit cards here, including AMEX.

I had a really good coffee and a tasty yet healthy treat here recently - a delicious sugar free, gluten free chocolate cake, served with zingy raspberry. The staff were very friendly and the place was really clean. If it's sunny you can sit outside. Highly recommended.

I have visited this restaurant/bar many times and itâs one of my favorites in Karlskrona. Offers a great (and huge!) selection of beer, good burgers and they have a nice movie theme of their restaurant. Very knowledgeable staff, they always please me in their recommendations when trying new beers. This is a popular restaurant so reservation is recommended, especially if you plan to visit this place in the weekend.

We had quite big expectations for this place, but unfortunately it all ended in disappointment. Great little location by the sea! Nice feel inside and the waitresses were very pleasant. On the food side of things.. We waited an hour for our garlic bread starter.. And by this point we were already starving... Waitress apologiesed.. Starter was nice and so we thought the main would surely come straight after... But unfortunately was not the case.. 40 mins later, we finally received our main course and my pregnant wife was almost sick with hunger at this point. Main course was OK, nothing special to report and definitely not worth the 1hr 40 min wait.. The waitress did apologize one more time with the bill.. But honestly we both couldn't wait to leave as we felt the evening was already ruined and felt that it all just got to us too much to be able stay and enjoy some dessert and coffee.. To summarize.. Nice location, staff.. But poor service and ok food. May just of been very unlucky, going after other reviews. Have a nice meal, where ever you choose to eat!

Had a few beers (excellent beer selection) and burgers. Burgers ok, nothing special, but quite ok. Together with the beers it became a good choice of resto for 2 hungry sailers

The food is delicious and not too expensive. However they somehow forgot our main dish and we waited a really long time to be served. But they apologized and gave us free desert and were very nice so it didn't become so bad. Would absolutely come back, because the food was really really good

Montmartre is an old fashioned, dark restaurant. The decoration is old and the place looks like an antique shop. Well, don't worry because the food is good. I went there for a dinner and ordered the beef sirloin. When it arrived the steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare, it was very well seasoned and the rustic potatoes were delicious. Nevermind the super sweet cole slaw and the grilled corn they served it with :)

We went to this restaurant for dinner following TA reviews. We were low season and actually the only ones in the restaurant. The owner selected the wine for us (initially well outside my comfort zone) however we received perfect wine matches for the food we ordered. My wife had the risotto which was fabulous (she is a foodie) and I had the more traditional isterband (sausage). Previous reviewers have commented that it was expensive. Frankly, for what we had we were happy to pay a little extra for such a great experience. We selected cheeses from his deli counter which the owner matched with a superb French red. We leave Karlskrona better for the experience.
