We had a family lunch at le Chai. The place is nicely designed and the surroundings are simply majestic. The staff is very kind and professional. The service was quick and meticulous. I really liked my hamburger because it was cooked exactly as I asked and the tomato sauce was fresh and home made. The French fries were to die for and the beef filet mouthwatering . No fuss and very confortable. Our lunch was fun and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

We went for dinner after a longer car trip. In the area you can either get fast food or then french cuisine at Le Clos du Chateau. We chose the menue for all three of us. Different sets and we were not disappointed. Friendly staff, even we arrived before the opening at 19.30, fast service and nice dishes. Good value for money and would recommend the place as a very good alternative to the nearby hotel restaurants.

If you want to impress (and be impressed) the venue of this restaurant is nothing short of spectacular. A perfectly restored French Chateau, beautifully manicured grounds, the most amazing dining room you can imagine, classical but with modern touches. The walk to the dining room through some beautiful staircases and halls will prepare you to the splendour of the dining room where you will be accommodated: frescoed ceilings, the largest chandelier you will have probably ever seen, stuccos, white leather sofas, nothing is short of spectacular. The service is excellent, never stuffy, always present, young but professional. They can enunciate menus and individual dishes in English as well, which is not often the case in a French restaurant. The Michelin star shines in the imaginative cooking. A 5 course "menu degustation" offers the right balance of quantity and different dishes. If you want to overdo it, you can add a selection from the generous cheese cart offering. For my personal taste, the dishes included a little too many foams and frothy variations, but no complaints on the taste and style of each dish. I was there mid-week and it wasn't too busy, but I'd expect this to be a very popular option at the weekend and during spring/summer. The value for money is excellent when it comes to the tasting menu, with drinks being rather expensive. But, WOW! The chateau will impress your guests in such a way that it will be worth every single penny. Looking forward to returning soon!!

Maze style breakfast buffet where items are placed in small quantities, making the guests fear they might not be able to get more of something, so people end up taking large quantities of each item to their table, just to be on the safe side. Every morning i saw people leaving their tables with piles of food left behind. If the hotel placed enough of each item on display, this would not happen.Food quality was mediocre and variety on the poor side. Croissants were delicious but were around for 5 minutes every half an hour or so.Dear AmrM1400,Firstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry we fell short of delivering the standard of service you were expecting to receive at our restaurant. Thank you for sharing your observations so we may analyze and correct what we did wrong to improve going forward. We stopped at this restaurant on Place Drouet d'Erlon for a quick pizza and a beer. Had a great french beer on tap, 1664, and ordered a Pizza Reine, which came with mushrooms, ham and cheese. The food was good, the beer excellent and the service was also good. So, in all, a good place to eat on our way to strolling along the streets of Paris.Hi Alfredo8074,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on L'Edito Marne-La-Vallée. Your comments are very important to us and will help us improve ourselves. I hope we will soon have the opportunity to welcome you again and to provide you with complete satisfaction. Sincerely

"Chez Nous, On Cuisine Encore". Discover sophisticated cuisine that evolves with the seasons. The flavors are used with great elegance and the produce is fresh and cooked with precision. This gourmet break will delight your senses in an inviting setting.
Ate here twice while staying at hotel. Fairly limited menu but food was ok. Wine is expensive. Friendly service but service was slow when restaurant got busy. Very convenient if staying at hotel but would do better if willing to leave the hotel.

My dad and I are Americans who visited Disneyland Paris in July 2013. We were on a 3 week trip to Europe and loved eating local, authentic cuisine everywhere we went, and we knew we would only find Americanized food while visiting the Disney parks outside of Paris. So, I carefully researched restaurants in the area outside of Disneyland so that we could have a good French meal instead of theme park cuisine. We selected Auberge des Charmettes and I made reservations by email in advance. The owner was very kind answering my questions by email and confirming our reservation. Since it was July we at outside and it was lovely. We had a four course meal, with beautiful appetizers, entrée, cheese and dessert. It was not far at all from Disneyland, about 15 minutesâit was a bit of an adventure trying to follow our French GPS in the rental car but we managed okay and found the restaurant without too much problem. If you visit Disneyland I highly recommend that you visit this restaurant for a quality, authentic meal instead of confining yourself to the typical burgers and fries offered in the park. The staff were also wonderful, they did not speak much English but tried very hard to help and I knew a few key French phrases which helped also. It was a great experience and I would love to return someday!

After a Disneyland Paris visit we were looking for a restaurant on our way return to Paris and finally found "Du cote de chez Alexandra". It was an amazing surprise, the food was great (snails and seafood taste really good) , service excellent and price really reasonable.

We stopped at this place having searched for restaurants where the locals ate. It was full of French people on their lunch break. We were accommodated easily. Drinks delivered the moment we sat down. I had the salade Gourmand and hubby had salad de chevre. Both were exactly right and delicious. I was very tempted by the dessert but didn't have any. Cold water given, quick friendly service.

Since 1969, l'Aigle d'Or is a family restaurant passed down from generation to generation. At only 15 minutes from Paris, l'Aigle d'Or is now an institution of the French cuisine. In a green setting, enjoy a gastronomic cuisine, combining fresh, exquisite
Not willing to travel to Paris to find a Michelin star restaurant we booked a table at the l'Aigle d'Or for dinner. The site is very nice near a small lake. Both the room, the decoration and the menu are very traditional, so it is definitely not a "hype" place. The food itself was very good and the wine list extensive. The service was very friendly and professional.A very good alternative for Disney visitors who want to spend a good evening without travelling to Paris.Definitely a good surprise in this Paris suburb.
