A real gem of a place, tucked away round the corner just off the main shopping street. My salad was excellent, as was the creme brulee I had for dessert. Good service and fair prices. Would definitely recommend.

everything was just sooo good. the food was amazing, do not miss the daily menu - on the blackboard when you enter; the service was super, fast, perfect english, good recommendations. the atmosphere was great. we went once for dinner and returned also the next days. we highly recommend it.

My partner & I read the reviews on TripAdvisor & werenât disappointed! The pizzas were well worth the wait! Delicious flavoursome pizza! I had the tomato, basil & oregano & my partner had the egg & bacon based pizza! Ingredients were so fresh!!! The wait was quite a while - maybe 45 minutes but if youâre not in a rush, would definitely recommend! We visited it for lunch on a sunday. The restaurant is part of a small country hotel (agriturismo) few kilometers from Pisa and Lucca. Our choice was for meat. We had tagliata, perfectly cooked and prepared, and chianina tartar prepared in three different styles.Pasta was also very well prepared. The "pappa al pomodoro tortelli" ( a closed pasta with a tomato inside) were not only original but also very delicate yet tasty. Service was fast and waiters were adequate. Price was about 40 to 45 euros per person. We will return and we will suggest it to friends

Very inexpensive lunch with wonderful hosts. The lasagna and gluten free pasta were both tasty and plentiful. Don't follow the map on Tripadvisor. We had a lovely dinner at Ristorante i Maggi with 4 courses. But before that, we were surprised with a delicious amuse. The starter was very creative: a cappuccino of seafood! First and second course tasted good as well, though were a bit less exclusive. The staff was friendly and gave some good advice. Last but not least, we liked the combination of old and modern interior.

Beautiful location a short walk from the centre of Vicopisano. Menu is in Italian but owner is helpful with a translation book and advice. Food was incredible.
