An excellent restaurant and worth seeking out (not in the best part of Koblenz). Genuine, tasty Greek food in stylish surroundings, good service and complementary Ouzo and Cherry liqueur.

Hidden gem at the side of the river. Would never had thought that this was a restaurant if not for TripAdvisor and Google. Yay to the power of the internet. Had it not been for that, this gem would have gone undiscovered.First off, the seating area is above the kitchen and with full glass covering the place, it is bright and cozy place that allows for a stunning view of the river and the bank across.Secondly, going there before the lunch crowd was a plus as it allowed us the freedom to move around and take pictures as we liked.Drinks here were a bit more pricey as compared to the other places we've eaten at, but it is to be expected. The food portion tho looking small/little, was filling and tasty.Recommend this place for a romantic dinner or special occasion. Give this place a try if you want to just sit and admire the river in shaded comfort as boats go by.

Man sitzt wunderbar an der zentralen RömerstraÃe. Das Essen ist eine Mischung zwischen Imbiss und gutbürgerlichem Restaurant. Wir waren von der Qualität und dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis superzufrieden.Auch die Bedienung war schnell und nett, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Probably the best restaurant (at reasonable prices) in Coblence. Excellent service as well. Menus in English are available and the waiters speak English as well.

Restaurant Benedetti is located at Häckers Grand Hotel in the heart of Bad Ems. Named after Count Vincent Benedetti, the French diplomat known as one of the central figures in the instigation of the Franco-Prussian War of 1870.Furnishings and decoration give the restaurant a pleasant character. Like the Grand Hotel the restaurant has a patina of pre-WW1 charm. Service is adequate and friendly.The menu is traditional European. Food is tasty and well presented. We came on a Saturday and the establishment was full of guests enjoying the copious buffet. We went for classical asparagus and a good German wine. We were not disappointed.We recommend Benedetti restaurant to anyone who seeks nice food accompanied by a good glass of wine in a most a pleasant ambiance.

Every year on our trip to Germany we come to this restaurant in Bad Ems for the amazing view, and every time we are impressed. Today it was extremely hot but we managed to find a table in the shade on their terrace, and our friends were very happy to have come. The food is above average and the service leaves nothing to complain about, unless it is very very crowded ( which only happened to us once in the last five years of coming here).Some people seem to come only for drinks or ice cream. It is a "must" if you are in Bad Ems!

There is a wide range of traditional German and Croatian and other Balkan food available at a reasonable price. The cooking is very very good, even if not quite excellent. Lovely selection of reasonably priced wines by the glass (German, Balkan). Sitting outdoors under cover was lovely on an otherwise hot summer day. The service is personal and friendly.

They combine hotel and restaurant which was one of the reasons why I choose this place.Upon arrival, I found out that the restaurant was closed that evening (Tuesday). Unfortunately I did not notice or see this when booking the hotel. So I had to go to Bad-Ems for dinner.When I just finished installing in my room, the manager came to excuse themselves for having given me a wrong room. I refused to change since I just unpacked.Breakfast started only from 08h30, no problem for just once since my next appointment was only in the afternoon. So I could prepare before having breakfast.Next morning, nobody in the restaurant but another 4 guests... After some time, the manager came excusing themselves for oversleeping...The good sleep in the quiet neighbourhood made me forgiveable that morning!
