Local newspaper recommend monthly dinner. This has become the readers dinner of the year. In the middel of a beautiful landscape.

What else to expect in a "theeschenkerij"... a "high tea" of course!Great location in the forest, seems to be relatively new and with an enthusiastic though partly inexperienced staff. They served us sweet and savory snacks and a great selection of tea to chose from (and some coffee). They also provided a box to take some of the sweet snacks home; highly appreciated.

Op vrijdagavond gereserveerd in Eetcafe Plexat, slechts 3 tafeltjes bezet, waardoor het niet echt gezellig oogt. Er waren 4 erg jonge serveersters aanwezig, welke bijzonder druk met elkaar in gesprek waren en heel weinig interesse voor de klanten hadden, bedienen was een soort van bijzaak geworden.Na wat brood met smeersels, het gerecht Laurel & Hardy (biefstukje en een stukje varkensoester) en een zigeuner schnitzel besteld. Bij de Laurel & Hardy werd ongevraagd een stukje kip geserveerd, omdat de varkensoester wat klein was uitgevallen.De zigeunersaus bij de schnitzel kwam linea recta uit een Remiapot. Wij hebben het hier maar bij gelaten om zo snel mogelijk weg te zijn. Na 2 vingerhoedjes wijn, snel afgerekend en vertrokken.Kortom, voor ons geen 2e bezoek.

Went here for supper. Really enjoyed the schnitzel meal. Included potatoes, fries and salad in bowls. Also the four meat entree and the satay were enjoyed as well. Good drinks. Reasonable price. Located in a very nice shopping, restaurant, cafe area.

Stopped by for lunch with guidance from a Dutch colleague, menu is very Dutch so needed help! Good eel and crab rolls (one of each not mixed!) at fair price. Well frequented by locals.

Take a walk in this beautiful part of Twente. Healthy air, quite and nice area. No stressy things happen here. Good place to be and good food to eat.

We read reviews on the internet, so went here for dinner. Although the outside does not show...it's really nice inside. High ceilings and big curtains give it an extra high value look. We both choose the Autumn menu and took a bottle of white house wine which was really low priced as we discovered it was a 1 liter bottle, luckely we had no aperitive so.. The starter was a disappointment: chicken wrap, but it only had chicken finger from the frituur, but a really nice vinaigrette.We had a stue for our main course which was really really really nice. The lady of the house put our table completely full, while we were only 2 on a table for 4. Dessert we could choose whatever we wanted, wich was again pretty basic.All together we can really recommend this restaurant for a dinner for 2 or with friends.

On a long drive across the Netherlands and Germany, we wanted to eat something other than motorway food. We found this restaurant right before the border to Germany, in Oldenzaal. The kitchen hadn't opened when we arrived, but they took pity on us, and made us pancakes anyway. We chose pancakes with bacon, and they were delicious! This was such a family-friendly restaurant that the high chairs came with bibs, and there was an excellent fenced-in play area with trampolines. The children's pancakes also came with a toy. I warmly recommend this restaurant.Â

Perfect for a nice dinner with your loved one or a business dinner, Wilmersberg always provides as per advertised.Wine list is consequent and adapted, dishes are somewhat on the traditional side but very well executed.Would advice a little walk around the premises, then a drink on the terrasse before eating.. The place in itself is indeed charming.

We had a romantic dinner for two in restaurant de Bloemenbeek. The food was excellent, the service impeccable and great value for money when going for the 4 course menu. A well deserved 1 michelin star restaurant!
