For the first time I visited the Townsquare Diner after passing this restaurant hundreds of times. It didnât disappoint. All of the Jersey classic diner fare with good service and a clean atmosphere. I had a turkey club with fries and everything was on par. My kids had pancakes and they were very good. I must note that the portions were larger than normal. Overall no complaints here and weâll be back!

Stopped in with my daughter and grandson. We were excited when we saw the fresh bakery items but our hopes slipped when our appetizer (guacamole) came out frozen in the middle. The pea soup wasnât worth finishing. The Greek plate was good, and my grandsonâs burger was huge. The server was struggling to keep up, and was very apologetic about our appetizer. She was working hard and seemed overwhelmed. Iâd return for a burger, but probably wonât order a dinner. Seems like it might be hit or miss.

Our family loves this place. The food is great and price is very reasonable. For those on a budget, that fact helps us to keep coming back. Portions are generous and of course, the coffee is good. Don't expect a Taj Mahal setting but one that is done home comfortable...like a bit of Americana in Kenvil.

When my daughter announced she was getting married to a wonderful man, as we helped them make planes, she said she wanted the Rox to cater the meal. Having grown up in Roxbury, she ate many meals not only with us but with her friends as they attended high schoolThe experience couldn't have been better. They took our budget and came up with a plan that covered both the omnivores and the vegetarians On the day of the wedding, the food was delivered and set up and went off without a hitch (expect we ran out of little potatoes)When the food can make or break a reception, the Rox came through and made a great day, a wonderful daySo glad you enjoyed everything!
