This charming little greasy spoon is a fantastic diner. Situated on the historic Cherokee Square in downtown Tahlequah, they serve delicious burgers and all the usual fare for a small diner of the 1950s. The decor is remarkable and you will find yourself reliving childhood memories while enjoying your meal.

Last time I ate here my steak sandwich supreme was tough, small, and grisly. I swore I would never come back. I came back today because I got the craving I have been having since my college days in Norman in the late seventies that only this sandwich can satisfy. Glad I did. Today was more like it. Steak hanging off the bun, nice and tender. Pounded slightly thin with crispy crust. Not perfect but loved it!

Offering burgers, coney's, chicken and fish with fries, rings, tots and other yummy fried favorites. This is an old dairy bar with a walk up window outside and a counter on the inside. Seating is limited for inside dining, with pictures from the old days hung on the wall. Parking is easily accessible and motorcycle friendly but limited. Burgers are fresh made to order, the way you want them. They have several dinners and baskets to choose from, and they're named after family members!Lots of frozen treats to choose from. Malts, shakes, cones and sundaes with the "Okie Mud" a local favorite. Stop in, enjoy and tell them howdy. Located near Lake Tenkiller, Illinois river float trips and scenic byways.
