This place has two restaurants, a diner and a dining room. The diner is quaint, still having many features of a 50's style diner. The dining room is very comfortable with interesting paintings on the walls. It is quiet, exellent for having a meal and visiting. The menu is good and not over priced. They serve chicken dinners family style for larger parties.

Decided to try this place out on our ride through St.Thomas. They have a Kids menu. No crayons. Kids got a $6.99 hot dog and fries each. It also came with a small ice cream for dessert. Kids liked it but couldn't finish. Hot dogs are huge.Service was good. They try their best. I had the famous Wimpy's hamburger for $9.49. My wife opted for the smaller version burger. Both come with fries but my wife upgraded her fries to a poutine. It was good. I got onion rings instead. They were good. Fries were good. They give you good size portions of fries. That is nice. The burger wasn't anything special. Just plain burger. Not much flavour. We also ordered a banana split ice cream. It was good.The food was ok but nothing to make us want to go back a second time.

On our way to Port Stanley Festival Theatre, we were looking for a quick lunch spot. What a find this turned out to be! Our friends had mentioned the restaurant as somewhere they'd stopped in the past. The menu is extensive. Breakfast is served all day and if you wanted one of the dinner items even for an early lunch it would be offered! Our waitress was very cheerful and helpful. We both had the quiche. It was fresh, homemade and served with a tasty and attractive salad. We will surely stop here the next time we're at Port Stanley Festival Theatre. In spite of comments I've read on Facebook, our service was excellent!I am in a wheelchair and the washroom was a little tight. But the waitress suggested I use the one in the dining room next time. It is much roomier.
