Cute restaurant attached to a hotel nearby to where we were staying. Waitress was very helpful in trying to translate the menu (all in German), and we enjoyed some live music by two men with an accordion and a guitar.

Several days ago I visited Gastohof Singer and I was very disappointed. The location is OK, with nice view to the Ferlacher Stausee. Also, the service was OK â young waitress was affable and fast. But â the cake I ordered was terrible â even it was very basic. That cake taint the whole visit â it was not fresh, and not tasty at all!I donât want to say to avoid this restaurant, but be careful what to order for eat!

Staffs in these restaurant speak just german. I think it is intention. Because If you speak not good german, they can deceive you. We came there during the weekday when the lunch menu is served. We asked for a lunch menu in German, which they had in the menu. They didn't bring us soup or salad. The waiter seemed to understand that we wanted a lunch menu according to the lunch menu. He deceived us because he didn't warn us that we didn't serve the menu.When we are paying, the restaurant owner told us that the menu was not served.
