We visited Terantiga to order take out and everything was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and the pizza was fantastic. Overall a very good experience.

Locale molto carino e particolare, curato nei minimi particolari. Il personale è cordiale e gentile, le attenzioni verso il cliente ti fanno sentire a casa.Abbiamo assaggiato dei vini locali buonissimi, nel menu dei pasti c'è una vasta scelta di piatti tradizionali ma con un tocco di originalità .Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We liked how the food looked like other customer's plates and stopped to eat there (external tables). Despite the owner have seen us waiting he continued reading a newspaper and later diassapeared inside the building. We waited about 10 minutes more. The local people sitting next to us were calling him to get us menu but he would not appear. We left very disappointed...Gentile Olalalalala,siamo mortificati per quanto appreso!Sarebbe bastato entrare nel locale o avvertirci della vostra presenza prima di accomodarvi,e saremmo stati lieti di accogliervi come nostra consuetudine per farvi assaggiare proprio le delizie che vi hanno convinto a fermarvi da noi!Capiamo benissimo quanto l'esperienza sia stata frustrante;confidiamo che queste informazioni sulla nostra attività , prima di dare un giudizio affrettato, siano utili per fare chiarezza:- C'è una proprietaria. Non vi è alcun "proprietario".- Non si effettua servizio ai tavoli. L'avviso è chiaro e ben visibile. Non c'è coperto, e l'unico menù è quello esposto all'interno, con tutti i relativi prezzi.- E' possibile ordinare all'interno del locale e, dopo aver pagato, ci si può accomodare ai tavoli all'interno o al dehors.E infine, permetteteci un umile consiglio: una sola parola, o un piccolo cenno... non costano nulla, ed avrebbero evitato qualsiasi incomprensione.Se vorrete visitarci un'altra volta, saremo felicissimi di conoscervi e deliziarvi con le nostre specialità !Cordialmente.

We had read about L'Arco dei Tipici on TripAdvisor and decided to go for a late lunch one afternoon. It is just around the corner from a wonderful panoramic view from old town Locorotondo and very well positioned out of the afternoon sun. There is a very simple menu and a good selection of local wines so we had a platter of cured meats and cheeses and java beans with chicory greens. We were talked through each dish by our charming hostess and the love for the food of the region was palpable. Some delicious little pastries followed and great coffee - we left replete and happy. Worth a visit.L'Arco dei Tipici vi ringrazia per le belle parole che avete speso e per essere riusciti a garantirvi l'accoglienza giusta.
