Went there today after riding up to see Mt. Aetna. On the way down we stopped for lunch at this charming, well appointed local restaurant. We had anti pasta, then 2 pasta dishes and dessert - torte Mississippi, all of which was delicious. No dinner tonight.The restaurant is owned and run by a family. The Mom cooks and her son is in front at the cash register.Weâd go again if we return to Sicily.

We arrived to this little town after a visit to Etna. We had a nice lunch, the staff spoke good english. The told us they make icecream themselves, both granita and semifredo. We could not resist to try it out. I have been to italy four times. This is by far the best icecream so far!Simply marvellous!!! If you are in the area of Etna don't miss this icecream If you visit another part of the Island this place is definently worth a detour.

It is not just the best pizza in Sicily, but the owners are so nice. We got there late at night, the owners were welcomed us very warmly with a fresh pizza with eggs, olives and other delicious ingredients that we easily finished a pizza. The next day, we arrived at almost midnight, they were about to close, but they insist that we will eat something and they prepared us a salomon pizza, that was the best pizza we ever eat. We also took the arancini that was delicious. If you are in Linguaglossa - don't miss this family pizzeria.
