2 couples had pleasant dinners at this trendy (read expensive) restaurant.food generally very tasty in good sized portions.spice and salt levels were unbalanced in several dishes.pulpo clasico $19 -expensive , but excellent flavor.seafood moqueca $32 expensive , mild pleasant flavor, salt improves it.pork chop expensive large portion, flavorful.fried snapper expensive (seeing a trend ?), whole fish mild pleasant flavor, but must work thru bones of course.french fries-- disappointing, room temp, not crisp, needs salt. eggplant--way too salty, too much rosemary , sage ?avocado salad-strong lime flavor.comp appitizer- cheese balls-very nice.

Last night we stopped for dinner even though itâs a 40min drive and the food and service were perfect! My wife had the Chicken and yellow rice with seasoned fries, plantain and sweet tea. I had the steak fajitas with salad, trimmings and a soda First of all the fajitas and chicken were moist and superb, the green peppers and onions were cooked perfectly not overdone! But the surprise of the night was the Seasoned Fries!! WOW, is all I can say, I liked them so much I got an order for myself! When you go, Donât forget to ask for a large order of the Pico de Gallo for your fajitas! You WILL Enjoy this place, and our waiter was So friendly and helpful, he made the dinner even more wonderful!

We stopped and got dinner for our family based on a suggestion. It was so good. The staff was friendly as well. Between us we got the whole cuban sandwich, garlic chicken and garlic shrimp - it was all really good as was the rice and black beans.

Someone told us that the Silver Ring Cafe had the best Cuban sandwich in town; it's just not true. The place is quaint and we liked the waitress, but the Cubans were barely grilled and everything inside was cold. The spanish bean soup was ok, as was the rice; certainly not even close to some of the Cuban restaurants in town. It was very inexpensive, though, and I guess that is why we were told this was the best place to go.Service was very fast and it looked like there were a lot of regulars in there. Just not for us, though.

We went to this restaurant for a quick lunch on our way to the airport. We werenât disappointed. We had sandwiches and what can I say; they were delicious, substantial and importantly came quickly. Only down side was we were initially brought the wrong order which the waitress seemed a bit stroppy about when pointed out. Your fault not ours love!All in all perfect for a quick and tasty lunch.In summary:+ good food + generous portions + relaxed atmosphere+ good value- not the best table serviceKey question; would I eat here again?Yes.
