We went to La Villa Vita with all the expectations. Their service is horrible. The presidential suite was great but no butler our garage was turned to a workshop the next day, jacuzzi didnât work for whole duration while we booked because of it. No one apologised. Breakfast was boring no meat same everyday , waiters were the same butlers. La Villa vita steals this money, R3000 a night but poor service. We were promised s cake, there were none till the next day where they were a couple of whites. The garage door is operated by them and not you so you can go to the car anytime. Itâs not a 24 hour and even the standby doesnât pick up the phone. Greatly disappointed. Not value for money!

We stayed at the News Cafe, Nelspruit for lunch on our drive from Maputo to Phalaborwa. I was surprised by the service and food quality. My experiences in the northern part of South Africa is the food quality is variable and often disappointing. New Cafe has restored my faith, that it is possible to get good food on the road in South Africa. My chicken wrap was very tasty and my mate's salad was solid, as salad's go. Thanks guys.

We went here for my birthday and it was lovely. The setting is great with awesome views and a beautiful location. The staff were very professional and attentive. The wine list has varied selection and something for everyone. The menu was something special as there were items on it, that cannot be found anywhere else in Nelspruit, put together by an obviously very creative chef. Do go here for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries or just a really good night out with good food and a stunning setting!Will return very soon.

I heard that Nelspruit was the gateway to the North, I did NOT EXPECT the world class accommodation I encountered. Attention to detail from the bathroom, 2inch thick towels and crisp linen complimented by dream class surroundings and an obviously energised team of staff that paid homeage to the epitomy of hands-on personalised management by Shaun and his team. From the groundsmen to the reception, not once, was I passed without being greeted with a break-away smile and a friendly greeting.The Mitchellen class dinners were equally astounding. My Morrocan Lamb rivalled that which I had in Marracech Morroco! Sean, I will find an excuse, make a plan and/create an opportunity, but I can not wait to join you and your team again. On a beautiful Autumn afternoon, sitting out on the patio enjoying the warm sun, there is little better than a glass of your favourite, and good company. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The food is excellent, but do not expect a massive franchise meal. This is a home cooked, Chef-caring meal which will delight the palate. You can take your time, while you meet up with passing friends and acquaintances, and they can either join, chat or move on. A very friendly and memorable establishment.Note - not a cheap burger joint...

Visiting our son in Nelspruit this was our first visit to Rocomamas, And so glad we did, this would go down a storm in the UK. Basically you get a huge list of burgers sides and much much more, Put your name or alias at the top tick whatever you would like to eat and wait for it to arrive. There is a real Buzz here and very busy indeed. the service was very good and quick taking into consideration how full the place was. No wonder it is a favourite place for our son to visit. Situated at the top of the Mall we parked just outside. this is certainly a place to return to when we visit SA again. We tried lots of the menu between the 3 of us, all very good indeed.We're always pushing the limits, Richard! Thanks for the feedback, we would love see you again soon for another taste bud explosion.

We were welcomed like VIP. Excellent service from our waiter. The steak was the best I've ever tasted. The stuffed lamb was just as amazing. The portions were more than enough. They brought us heated hand towels after we ate and was willing to assist with anything we needed. You really get what you pay for here! Dear Christiaan,Thank you so much for this beautiful review!
