but, if you're on a budget, this might just be a one-time experience. For Guatemala, the prices are almost as high as USA.Thank you, I do try. And yes, our food is more expensive than tacos, about $20 for a great steak, but if you compare us to the other high-end restaurants in the city, we are actually the least expensive and our portions are large. I appreciate your review and am glad you enjoyed your meal.

This restaurant deserves all its superlatives. Very simple, a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Antigua the chef-owner Rodrigo is a gastronomic genius who trained in Brazil, Spain and Denmarkâs legendary Nobu restaurant. The seven,eight or ten course tasting menus bring original surprise after surprise. Excellent local ingredients, each course finely balanced with the next and a marvellous combination of unpredictable flavours. Two wines ,one Portuguese the other Spanish, complement the food exactly. Must book. You will not be disappointed.

The meal was absolutely delicious, the beef carpaccio divine, the seafood pasta outstanding.I loved the ambiance service of the âcaveâ near the pool.If the service lived up to the quality of the food then I would give a 5. Unfortunately the staff were more interested in talking to each other than serving their customers.

Saul Bistro was a wonderful surprise. I didn't realize you could find such unique and creative dining in Guatemala. We had a group of 13 and ordered a wide variety of different items and all were great. The lemonade with mint was outstanding. Service was very good, prices great, and food out of this world. Highly recommended.
