Great Thai Sushi with great service. The best of Itapema. Summer nights with DJ. We had the shrimp / ceviche / salmon dish.

Excellent place that I discovered in Balneario Camboriu (thanks to TA reviews... that led us to this restaurant). Unique dishes offered, special sides and a manager/owner that works and makes sure that the service is top of the notch.You will read a couple of reviews saying that it is normal to find empty restaurants in B.Camboriu.. This is not what you will find at Palatare Bistro, since the overall dinning experience is great. We will come back, for sure.

Ãtima vista de Itapema praia, local bonito, charmoso e muito bem atendido. Preços justos para um cardápio resumido porém extremamente caprichados e saborosos! Pena que não está abrindo à noite nem realizando eventos. Temos que valorizar o que temos de bom, e o bistrô é um desses locais!
