The Natural Club's proposal is to provide healthy, tasty and varied food. Every day, there is a selected offer of salads, vegetables, Brazilian staple foods, rice and beans, as well as fish, chicken, and meat, and desserts. Additionally, it is possible to have nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian at the site. The restaurant stands out for cleanness and service promptness. For small children, there is a small room with toys, books and a chalkboard.

The bakery is large and very nicely decorated with a great selection of pastries, pies and pretzels. The windmill decorating the entrance is explained because the owners are of Dutch origin There is a self service restaurant in the second floor. Unfortunately, some of the pastries we tried were not fresh. They seem not to have a adequate control on the inventory on their displays. The service at the counter is a bit slow and the owners distributed a notice excusing themselves because the staff is still in training

The simple but elegant bistrô is located in an art gallery just 30 meters from the entrance of the Mãe Bonifácia Park. The bistrô has a limited menu with simple but very well prepared dishes. We specially enjoy the risotto dishes that are very well prepared. The only thing that is out of line for a simple bistrô with small tables without linens and a limited menu are the high prices. Additionally, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday the there are musical presantatios and on the bistrô charges an extra fee for these presentations.

Every day they have a special deal, I love the Monday one. Good for two. Codfish with Cream (Bacalhau com Natas) it's delicious. They have one restaurant in the mall and the other one about 5 min drive. Usually, it's not crowded.

This was with out the finest dinner experience I have ever had. The service was flawless and friendly. I really genuinely felt welcome. We were greeted by Rafael and Ralph (the waiters). Their service detail contained special touches. They were attentive with out being intrusive and knowledgable about the restaurant. We never wanted for anything they were always aware of the level of our glasses but never over filled. I was impressed by the restaurants wine cellar with over 100 different wines to choose from, beautifully presented behind a glass partition. The food was perfectly prepared and presented. I am not a great eater of game but I was delighted my order, the portion size was perfect.For the dining experience we received the value was outstanding. If you are in Cuiabá this restaurant is definitely worth going out of your way to enjoy a fantastic dinner.Dear Camila, please return to Flor Negra Restaurant. We enjoyed the full a la carte service. Beautiful food conceived and presented creatively. Not an economy experience but if you can afford it, well worthwhile. I've never encountered anything like this before anywhere in the world.
