Staying at the Vanity Suites we discovered this restaurant was a taxi ride away so it had to be done. On arrival shown the menus, it had to be the 12 course 'tastes of the Mediterranean' with accompanying wine. Drinks amusingly served from a cabin trunk, some little starter things, and then course after course of delicious taste, accompanied by the most amazing wines, some of them pretty strong, some fortified. It was such a memorable experience, though we did feel a bit peculiar the next day.

This is a nice place if you are staying down that end of town. The roof terrace gives a great view over the sea and is well worth heading up the stairs for, whether you are having a drink or a meal (there were people sat outside at street level who must not have known about the terrace because you just wouldn't!). The food was good and they looked after us well (we had our two young daughters with us and they were made to feel very welcome).Thank you very much. Hope to see you again soon.

We visited the Tapas restaurant at Park Hyatt Resort in mid May, so low season. We werenât staying at the Resort, and the whole resort type experience isnât what we normally go for when travelling. But I have to say you couldnât fault the food, service or surrounding. Not an authentic Mallorcian experience, but you will feel looked after and cosseted. It was pretty busy given the time of year and Iâd suggest booking Dear Caroline A,Thank you for choosing Tapas restaurant and taking the time to review it!
