It is realy shame that in such a hospitable town as Asti one can find sucha bad service restaurant. We waited for one hour to get our order.Orders are taken only by one lady who seems to be the owner and all the other people working just stay around while you wait for your order. It was our mistake because we did not chose the restaurant nearby which was full. The food was not good also. Special Piedmonte pasta as it was written in the menu was regular pasta from the market. The one point is to the waitress who spoke English but could not do anything.Dear costumer,Before giving you our feedback about your unrespected and uncorrect review let eveybody know check some facts:1. We remember your dinner, it was 1 September, 25 days before your review, the day of Palio di Asti. (How much are you frustrated to give a review after a month? Try to be happy in your life.2. The restaurant was full and you were in our dehor outside. It's not true that you waited one hour to order because in less than 55 minutes you were eating (this timing is not our general timing, we are faster, but there were some unpredictable conditions - read the description below). Please don't tell lie, it's not correct.3. At 9 pm it started rain (meteo was not expecting that) and all the costumers were invited inside.4. If you are a smart person, you could understand that this problem can cause a general delay, specially because we had a table for 35 persone outside to put inside. No one ask you anything, but being more open minded can be a nice option.5. The point number 3, written above, caused a delay and we said we were sorry about that. 6. You complaines 3 times consecutively, while we tried to excuse, and, after five minutes of bad words to us, you had all your meals.7. While you were eating we asked you again to excuse us and we said to you that the glasses of wine that you drank were offered by the restaurant.8. Finally, after you have eaten everything (you had a fresh tajarin and ate everything - you return a plate completely clean, so don't tell lies) you complained again and we told you that in your check we had not charged the wine, the water and the cover. So we said we were sorry ten times and we offered you all the drinks and the cover (we are professional, you are only uneducated). If the food was not good you were not expected to finish, but you did - so you are telling a shameful lie.So for all points above, let us say one thing. We are not perfect, but we love what we do and we try to do our best. Sometimes it's possibile, sometimes it's harder. When, for unpredictable reasons, the service has a delay (sorry but we can't control the weather - read the points above) we say sorry and excuse, and we did, with words and with a discount. If you take excuse and discount (of course) and then you write a bad review like this, well let us say that we hope for you to be an happier person...enjoy life!Le Teste di Rapa

We went to this Resturant on our first day in Asti. The decor is modern but lacks atmosphere! It's too light and it feels as if you're sitting in a lab. The price is reasonable for what you eat specially if you're looking in modern fusion cooking which usually one has to pay a lot. The food is ok... It's nothing remarkable or anything that we felt we like to go back to!
