My wife and I joined other friends of ours for a lovely dinner the other night at Lieu's Chinese Bistro. They have a wonderful selection of different size tables to accommodate parties of all sizes. We started with the Wonton soup which had very good flavor, nice wontons and came out nice and hot. We also had the Pork Dumplings which were a very nice size, not to small and pan fried just right. After that, we shared the Happy Family which had lots of nice vegetables, and meats more than enough for sharing. Good food, friends, and drinks made it a delightful evening.

I have been going here over 15 years, but the recent visit will be the last.The dumplings were barely warm. The egg rolls were dripping with grease, which they never were before. The Lo Mein was lacking in meat and veggies, rather dry and lacking in flavor. And, while we were eating a giant roach strolled across the dining room floor.I don't know what happened here, but this was a bad experience in just about every way.That is it. We are done.

As chain restaurants go, we've enjoyed consistently good meals here... both dinning in and take out! Even online ordering is easy, but unfortunately there's no allowance for special requests (Oversight?) online. The menu is varied enough to suit most tastes, and once every other week has become our norm.

Stopped in to eat lunch with my nephew while visiting Greenville. It is one of his favorite restaurants - just around the corner from his work. I love Singapore Noodles so I decided to give them a try. These hit just the right notes - curry, a tad of coconut milk, vegetables, chicken & shrimp. I ate until I was stuffed and brought home enough for a small lunch the next day! Delicious!
