Not sure where to start. Human hair on plates; Dishes not as described; Dishes over-salted and lacking taste; Table being cleared whilst people still eating; Clueless staff; Unrealistic pricing; Stomach hurting the next day.This place really is a dive. Even though I was a "tourist" I visited with locals and we were all dumbfounded. Usually when I visit a place like this I feel angry at the service received; but my my overriding emotion was pity for the staff - they clearly haven't been trained properly.Please avoid at all costs.

Stopped off here on our way back from a boat trip for a quick snack and ended up staying for over an hour trying all of the dim sum and chatting to the lovely guy serving us. Delicious food and great hospitality. Sad I'm not staying longer in Trou d'eau Douche so I could try more food here.Thank you for your review, we really appreciate , and hopefully we will meet again some other time for you to experience our cuisine.

The gigantic size which not seem to be necessary. The cusine is familiar from many Chinese restaurants around the world. Simple food descriptions on menu, as well as with the performance. Fills however its function if you crave Chinese food.

Been here last month around 4pm and was looking for lunch!!. Lady at reception didnt disappoint - she was helpful and manged to serve us(a group of 6) within few minutes. Food quality was decent. We ordered some local cuisine with overtones of indian food - didnt disappoint. Roti was Dal was excellent.The seating area inside the restaurant looked abit dark (not much natural light) but that maybe just me!!

We went to Duck Laundry for my husbandâs birthday and had the most wonderful time ever. Aside from being the finest Chinese dining experience weâve ever had, the service was impeccable. Mr. Beelur is such a pleasure to be around - he promptly took care of every little request we had, and made us feel like we were regular customers, although it was our first time at the Duck Laundry. His decades of experience welcoming guests really shines through in his warm and super friendly attitude. We had amazing dim sum, duck, and a decadent chocolate fondant with lemongrass ice cream. They made us a beautiful chocolate birthday cake, and even gave us an additional sweet treat. It was a perfect way to end the night.
