We had to deliver a rented car at Ciampino airport but took the risk of taking lunch on a Saturday (family time) before. I can be brief:. The antipasti (no pasta this time for us) the secondi and the dolce were outstanding with a degree of originality which one at times misses, even in well-known restaurants in Italy. The service and the kitchen were up to an extraordinary standard of efficiency and the waiter remained pleasant and seemingly relaxed in a very full house. The detour to the outskirts of velletri was fully worth it.

nuovo ristorante, di recente apertura, siamo andati perche conoscevamo la cucina della cuoca( che prima stava in un altro ristorante). Abbiamo ritrovato la stessa genuinitÃ e bontÃ dei cibi, porzioni generose e prezzi buoni. Accoglienza e gentilezza dei proprietari. Lo consiglio.

Locale easy friendly cool.Pensate di entrare davvero nella trattoria di un tempo dove lavora l intera famiglia ed i figli gironzolando tra i tavoli con la mamma che l insegue perchÃ© Ã¨ ora i cena. La cuoca a vista ed il gestore dai modi assolutamente pittoreschi. Tovaglie rigorosamente a quadretti come d obbligo. Passiamo al cibo.Qualunque cosa prendiate Ã¨ di qualitÃ e a mano. Cucinato al momento. Noi abbiamo preso base terra... le quantitÃ apparentemente sembrano scarse ma per l abbondanza delle portate fidatevi vi alzerete al collasso. Il prezzo assolutamente rispecchia la situazione e non come quelle trattorie ormai vip con prezzi vip.Buon appetito a tutti.
