I have been multiple times. The food is excellent and the beer issuper. The local is always crowded and tyou can experince the typical Brauhaus atmosphere. The service is friendly. During the good season you can eat outside in the square.

My Bosch friends took me here following a business meeting. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. There are few restaurants left in the world where the staff is attentive to the needs of the patrons. Schwabenstube is a spectacular exception.The owner is visibly involved in every aspect of the meal. He was clearly engaged not only during preparation but during serving and cleaning as well. Feel free to arrive hungry because the portions are not only tasty but sized for a strapping German worker. I found the meat to be tender and perfectly cooked. The cabbage was just what this American wanted. The salad was fresh, crisp and mildly dressed.Utensils were brought and cleaned as needed. The table was always clean and organized. We stayed very late and also enjoyed desert and warm coffee. We even had nice conversation with the staff.Respect the quality of this establishment and dress for the occasion. It will be more enjoyable for all.Highly recommended for a high quality gastronomic experience.

I think even if the meal was mediocre, I'd have enjoyed it as there is such a wonderful feel to this place with the huge hand hewn beams and wooden tables. A little out of the way but definitely worth finding it. And the food - 5 of us and everything we had was good - especially the Maultaschen (kind of a German ravioli). Great evening!

So let's run down the basics first:Service: 10/10. This was not german service, this was service in competition with some of the best restaurants in the world. The waiter was genuinly friendly, the somelier carefully selected suiting wines for our dishes, the cook came out and explained some of the dishes.Food: 10/10. We ordered the 5-course dinner, it was more like 11 courses with all the small amusse de bouches in betwen, which really bridged the gap between certain dishes in order not to give a too big contrast.Quality/presentation: 10/10. The quality goes without saying that every detail was top notch, down to the last spice or garnish it was all amazing. Everything was cooked to a level of perfection which could'nt leave any human on this earth dissatisfied. The presentation of some of the dishes are submitted in the pictures. They are not overdoing it, they just make a small show of the food which go well hand in hand with the quality and gives that extra value.Setting/ambience: 10/10. We had the closest you could come to a chef's table. It was a great setting in an old industrial building where they kept the original design. The small chitchatting around you, the attentive waiter/service and total privacy made us very comfortable. A BIG PLUS for not playing music, you go there to eat some of the best food on the continent and enjoy it with wine.Toilets: 10/10. Superclean as expected.Value for money: 10/10. Attentive and friendly staff. Fun decour. Iâve always leaned more to Neapolitan style pizza, but Iâm going to be much more open minded going forward. La Pinseria really does it right. We also had side salads, those were quite enjoyable. I wanted to try dessert, but I was full. They have a short, but very well chosen wine list. My only complaint is they arenât closer to my house! If they were, I would be a regular customer!!

My wife and I are visiting family and friends here, (she was born here) and had lunch at the Hasen today. Everything that was brought to the table was very tasty and it was served up quite quickly. I can highly recommend the Kornwestheim plate which offers a nice slice of beef, maultaschen, local noodles and a salad. Very Good!

This is a very nice and cosy place on the town square in Bad Cannstatt. The food was really tasty & fresh - European BBQ beef & local German famous dishes like Schnitzel, & to drink good local wine and some local craft beer. One of the best German dining experiences I had on my trip to Stuttgart.
