A steak house for me is a place that dedicates itself to making good meats. Looking at the menu, this place dedicates itself to make as many different types of food as possible. Pasta, pizza, fish, some bulgarian dishes, chicken and curry etc..etc...but failing at everything!We tried the meat and it was absolutely tasteless. The pepper sauce was a thin transparent goo. Fries were decent and beers for EUR 2 was nice.Waiter was nice at least. Pricing was on th high end comparing to other places in Bulgaria. They are making pizzas in a nice stone oven outside. Looks nice and smell nice. But ingredients are standing outside all evening in the open and is not refrigerated. I guess bacterias die in the oven, but in my country places like this would be shut down immediately by authorities for that way of handling the food. Calling this a steak house is an insult! But again, they are trying to lure the tourists in. It is beyond my belief how anyone can rate this with 4-5 stars. Says a lot about the people that go to Golden Sands. So unless you are that kind of person, then please don't go to Golden Sands.

We tried out the restaurant tonight and werenât disappointed, 3 of us and 3 entirely different main courses, veal and two types of kebab, and deserts.All very good, it could be commented that service a bit slow, but didnât bother us as we were in no rush. Fruit pancake excellent.Drinks and two courses 114 lev, canât find that many places.

I always go there, especially because I don't have to deal with a headache from poor service like in many other so called restaurants.They never disappoint when it comes to the quality of the food. Atmosphere is relaxing,the music is really enjoyable,they change and update the menu every season,the décor changed as well lately.You can really notice investment & care from the management which I can only appreciate.If you don't wanna waste time searching for a place to eat fresh & tasty ingredients or even if you just desire coffee and cake,trust me,the view and the vibe of the environment there will have you saying:yes! Better than being in the center :) I just hope they will never close or spoil what they have now,at least not as long as I'm around.Keep up the good job!! Pretty please :)

The garden is really pleasant and great for intimate dinners. The food was really great, very tasty and definitely prepared with care. The waiter spoke good English, was very helpful and friendly. Very reasonably priced for what it offers. A very pleasant experience.

This restaurant is across from the Museum of archeology. You can walk through there all but alone looking at mind blowing things from a several thousand years ago and then walk across the street to swoon in perfect ambiance, incredible food and a wonderful wine list. The staff here is very knowledgeable and welcoming. We were alone here at 1:30pm. We settled on 3 different appetizers for lunch. A beef carpacio, appetizers for two and duck liver. All were perfectly prepared. The waitress suggested Bulgarian wine based on our preferences and it didn't disappoint. We gave in to desert since everything was so good. She suggested pumpkin with ice cream which made the perfect ending to this wonderful experience.

One of my favorite restaurants in Varna. There are 3 restaurants in the chain Staria Chinar in Varna and they all have different menus. This one has a biggest game meat variety, which is baked in special oven over a good period of time. Though I would say that non vegetarian food is greater in variety, they have dishes without meat which are really delicious too. Prices are normal for this quality restaurant. Salads 6-7 lv, starters 8-10 lv, main courses btw 11-30lv. First floor is more busy whereas second one is more relaxing. Make reservation especially if you go on Friday or Saturday.

They have the tastiest burgers ever. Salads are great. Grilled calamar is delicious. Desserts exceeded our expectations. I also recommend their special cocktails, the one with berries was the best cocktail in my life. Apart from awesome food, they have a sophisticated design and really friendly atmosphere. Absolutely adorable place.
