Victoriaville is a city in central Quebec, Canada, on the Nicolet River. Victoriaville is the seat of Arthabaska Regional County Municipality and a part of the Centre-du-Québec (Bois-Francs) region. It was formed in 1993 by the merger of Arthabaska, Saint-Victoire-d'Arthabaska and Victoriaville, with the name of the latter being used for the new merged city.

J'ai été agréablement surprise de ma visite au O'Shack! Très beau menu à l'ardoise, il n'y a pas une très grande variété de plats principaux, mais on sent que tous les plats sont bien élaborés. Beau choix d'entrées. J'ai aussi apprécié le menu des cocktails.Le décors est sympathique et chaleureux et la vaisselle un peu vintage rajoute au concept selon moi.Service impeccable, le personnel est très avenant.De l'entrée au dessert, tout a été à ma plus entière satisfaction.

went in for dinner, had great service and a great meal at not a very big cost. Could use a few perks up in atmosphere but when u get good food at a great price things can be a little lower in atmosphere. They even sell their own Olive oil . brought from family owned groves in Greece...very good quality and pricing

Le service est bon et rapide, les assiettes généreuses et le café est inclus au prix du déjeuner. Le menu propose des crêpes à la farine de sarrasin mais il n'y en avait plus en cuisine . La serveuse, qui me TUTOYAIT dès le départ, est arrivée avec une crêpe à la farine ordinaire sans m'aviser avant de la commander au chef... (fromage cheddar et amandes insuffisants à la crêpe proposée). Nos convives ont apprécié leur assiette.

We had a good evening eating and drinking here. WE shared a very good medituranean salad and some good roast chicken and a bottle of red wine. All good and price as reasonable.

Our hosts at the local B&B recommended this bistro and we were not disappointed. Good menu...the bison was particularly yummy. The service was good and the restaurant is cozy...not too large. The price is also beyond reasonable. Try the house dessert with local maple syrup.

had supper there with friends after a day of golfing. Food was good, good variety and reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and the service punctual. Large screen TV's on the wall of course. Beer specials were posted and prices better than normal. Would return.

Overall, the food was acceptable but not spectacular. Steak Raymond was well prepared, pricey, but tasty. Vegetables were bland and lacked flavor while the French fries were rather ordinary. I ordered the coquilles fruits de mer; extremely small scallops and shrimp.....rather salty in a cheesy sauce . Again, vegetables needed more zest.....broccoli seemed previously frozen. Small but good selection of wine. Nice atmosphere outside on the patio .......the waiter was efficient and extremely friendly. Not sure if we will return as the food lacked the " wow factor".

Went there with my sister as she keeps raving about this place. It's not to big so it doesn't get too crowded. Great simple decor. The pretzel burger was delicious and the poutine with beer sauce was excellent. The staff is very friendly. Great Wi-Fi reception.

On our last business trip to Victoriaville, I found Le Communard on Tripadvisor and decided to give it a try. Once again, we were pleasantly surprised! The food was wonderful with a nice offering from the chef for starters, great entrees and then we could not resist the dessert. Although the waitress spoke little English, she did an exceptional job. I can't wait to try this place again!!
