we were greeted in a friendly way, server was fine.drinks fine, but not difficult, a beer and a cranberry juice.we shared a garden salad, which was fresh and good.wood fired vegetarian pizza was partially totally black on the underside.we told server and he thought it was slightly burnt.it tasted bitter and was not healthy. will not go there again, handling by service could have been more professional.

Best features are reserved for brunch menu, which is not clearly labelled. Hot options like smoked bacon mac and cheese are very tasty. Not much selection for beverages during buffet. Wait staff is very polite but slow, it is very busy.

The Huntsville Brewhouse, also known as Lake of Bays brewery, is a very nice place to wat and drink.Of course the specialties is beer, a lot of diffent kind of beers, but they also have a other kind of drinks, also wines etc.We went there for the Chinezen wings and they were delicious.Thereâs a choice of 2 sizes of portions.We also had Greek salades and soup and they were also real good !The restaurant/brewery is decoraties very tastefull !Simply a place to visit more than once.Thank you so much for stopping by! Located just outside of Huntsville the restaurant was something of a find (as we we somewhat disappointed by the offerings at Deerhurst Resort).The management and service were buzzy and had a great attitude. On hand to help out with the munu and the specials of the day.There is an open kitchen for those keen to watch their food being prepared.

We stopped by on a perfect September day for sitting outside overlooking the lake. The whole place was positively sparkling and everyone was totally relaxed. We ordered long cool drinks and had a superb nachos between us which hit the spot. The server was smiley, polite and attentive. A slight negative was that when my wife went to settle the 24 dollar bill the server asked her if she needed change out of a 50. A bit cheeky.

had Saturday brunch here and really enjoyed it. The place was packed but the service was still very good. Atmosphere was lively and the food excellent. I had the beef-dip sandwich (excellent) and my partner had the eggs benny. Overall a very good experience here and we look forward to trying it for dinner.Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review we are glad to hear you enjoyed your meal and experience. Always able to depend on Westside for great fish and chips! Good food, very friendly service and home style atmosphere. The best way to complete dinner is their homemade coconut cream pie!!!!Thank you, yes for sure, coconut cream pie is our number one pie...hands down. For those that donât know, we bake our pies fresh daily and the usual in the pie cooler isCoconut Cream, Muskoka Mudslide (#2 pie, butterscotch and chocolate), Lemon Meringue, Strawberry Rhubarb, Raspberry, Blueberry and Apple Crisp (an Amish recipe that is sooooo good) - we will also make all kinds of other pies when the mood or season strikes. Whole pies ordered 24 hrs in advance are $16.99

This is an old school diner, complete with really great chocolate milkshakes. The menu has tons of options, from breakfasts to dinner entrees. I had the club sandwich and it was very good. Service can be a bit slow, because this place is usually busy.

Our group has been dining at Tall Trees restaurant for twenty plus years when it was under previous ownership/management. Last night on a Saturday we managed to secure a 6pm reservation. When we arrived we were seated and our waitress took our drink selections and we were told that if we wanted the Prime Rib we would need to place the order immediately as there were just a few servings left. Two from our group committed to ordering the prime rib but we asked that it be held as we wanted to enjoy our drinks and then appetizers. The waitress informed us that she couldn't do that and appeared very inflexible when one of the persons in our party indicated all she had to do was tell the chef to put the order on hold. She insisted that she couldn't and when a person in our party asked her to ask the chef she stormed of saying, "yes Sir!" She was visibly upset and when she came back through our room she ignored us and avoided eye contact. This continued for another 15 minutes as she served the group in an adjoining room and we still hadn't received our drink orders. I approached the manager/owner and discussed the waitress' behaviour. I was informed that she was very upset so I suggested that we have a change in server. When I discussed with the owner why it was so difficult to just have the prime rib dinners put on hold and that we felt like we were being rushed through our dining experience she told me that they normally don't hold the prime rib because people change their minds and it goes to waste. I indicated that the two people in our group had ordered it and committed to eating it. I also found it quite unusual that the restaurant had run out of Prime Rib at 6pm which is an early reservation. She indicated to me that Prime Rib is expensive and they don't want it to go to waste and that it was unusual for them to get that many orders of Prime Rib. That being said she didn't apologize for her staff's unprofessional behaviour or that we were being rushed through dinner. Our meals finally arrived and quite honestly it was Much Ado about Nothing! The boneless braised beef short rib was overdone and dry and the steak was overdone too. We spent over 600.00 on our meal and in all my years it was the poorest dining experience I've ever had in all my years of dining at this restaurant. The owner did change our server however our group felt that we were treated poorly and that from the very beginning we were treated like a herd of cattle, pressured to order and leave asap. The owner/manager didn't apologize and appeared to support the unprofessional behaviour of her staff. This definitely is not the restaurant it used to be and I wouldn't recommend dining here whether local or as a tourist. Two thumbs down!

Chef Reto knows food. For entrees our grilled tuna was tender, juicy and savoury; while the veal saltimbocca jumped in my mouth. Everything was perfection from the Artisanal Old Fashioned and martini to start to the carrot & ginger soup and peaches & prosciutto appetizers. Even the sliced baguette & maple butter was out of this world, with a sublime yeasty taste and delicate crust. now we understand why The Artisan House has rated so highly since they opened. Well done!Thank you so so much for coming in, we are so happy that you enjoyed and hope you will come again!
