So soll es sein. Vor heimeliger Kulisse gemÃ¼tlich draussen sitzen, eine Ã¤usserst aufmerksame Bedienung und ein schelmisch lachender Wirt, der eine tolle RÃ¶sti mit Pilzen hinzaubert. Zudem gibts noch Coupe Danmark zu halben Portionen (bin ja selbst eine), was mir sehr entgegen kommt.Falls ich wieder mal in Flims, Ã¤h Flums weile, bekommt die Post wieder Besuch von mir. Meine Empfehlung fÃ¼r bodenstÃ¤ndige Besucher gilt hier! :-)

You must go to this Cafe. It is family owned and they make great bread and fabulous Pastries and cakes. Thomas is a first class Pastry Chef and makes wonderful Black and White Forest Cakes as well as gorgeous cakes which are delicious. They also make their own Chocolates and the Caramel ones are my favourite. You must try their home made Ice-creams as well. You can have breakfast or lunch there each day. Highly recommended. Dont forget to try the Ice-Cream sundaes there is so much to choose from their menu.

Restaurant and Hotel with beautiful surroundings and mountain view. Located on a sunny plateau high above the lake of Walenstadt. Quiet place for relaxing time-out and to recharge one's batteries. Delicious and only home made food. Beautiful walking area

We came here for the good reviews and the location. The location was quite nice with simple seating / dining area. We were quite surprised - Friday evening and still enough seats / an empty parking was not exactly what we expected. The service was excellent and very friendly, helpful and attentive so nothing at all to complain, the food was nice but for those high prices we would have expected more. The high prices might be another reason why locals would not come here for dinner.
