North America's biggest and most popular ski resort, Vail is an alpine village in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Long a favorite of serious skiers and jet setting celebrities, Vail now also draws a younger, hipper snowboarding crowd. Skiing is king at Vail Mountain and the Blue Sky Basin, but the area's vast splendor is perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling or scenery-gazing at any time of the year.

The atmosphere is great Lindsay(?) is super knowledgeable about coffee and really makes the experience enjoyable. They have fresh local food options brought in fresh daily. Examples were quiche, bagels, monkey bread, and avocado toast. We came back a few times during our recent visit because the quality and atmosphere made it enjoyable.

I loved the display in the ice cream case......even took photos of it! The ice cream (in all flavors) were peaked to look like the mountains. The caramel dark chocolates were out of this world. The chocolates were also shaped like peaks with white tops to look like Vail Mountain! Soooooo Cool!

OK, it is Vail so prices will be a bit higher than expected but I enjoyed my croissant French toast with berries minus the whipped cream that was on the menu--it was dusted powdered sugar instead. This is a funky, friendly, in and out good place in the heart of Vail Village with semi-reasonable prices. Great for a quick lunch, too! A find!

This place used to be our favorite but the quality has gone down. Bloody Mary great as usual. My husband's eggs were cold and his french toast was hard as a rock and dry. They did give him new french toast which was soft the second time around and they comped it on the bill which we appreciated. My eggs benedict were okay, what I noticed the most was the copious amounts of grease in my whole meal! The english muffin appeared to be toasted a bit too hard but the amount of butter and oil on it was just not necessary. The hash browns were also drenched in oil. I felt like I needed a cleanse after eating. The ham was a bit thick and hard to cut. The day before I had the same dish at Northside in Avon so that was hard to stand up to, the best I've had! I think the atmosphere here needs some real updating - a farm fresh decor might liven it up. It feels old and dark and not very clean inside so luckily we were able to get a table outside. Sorry for the review but it's a bit overrated right now in our opinion.arvcolorado..so glad you enjoyed our awesome bloody-and thank you for the feedback-just helps us get better!! we have discussed all your food concerns with our kitchen and are actually planning a fall re-fresh of our interior!! hope you return and checkout our positive changes!! ty!!

Went here for our last day in Vail. We went for breakfast and the wait was about 30 minutes. This is a breakfast and lunch location and can see that wait times could vary. Loved the fact that they would not seat until all guests were there. The restaurant is owned and run by Chef Little and his wife. A great team that made sure all pieces of the morning were under control. The menu was unique and wished I could go back and try other dishes. Our breakfast was very good; the scramble eggs not under or over cooked, the pancake was the best I have ever had (the chef kept his secret ingredient secret) and nothing tasted like a "greasy diner". Loved it and will be back next year.
