Brand new place in downtown Westfield caters to the sweet tooth in all of us. My first visit tried scones and eclairs and a huge cookie. Scones in particular are really hard to find in town, so I am super glad they make scones. Second visit tried their muffins. These are right size, not too big, not to small, just right and tasty too. Third visit was to pick up a special order cake for a birthday. Everyone enjoyed the cake! A real gem in Westfield!

This establishment is just a couple minutes from our home. We stop here often. The food is simple, well priced and presented pretty well. It's your typical breakfast /unch little place. The waitresses are usually very friendly and they keep the coffee flowing. Sometimes on the weekends service can be pretty slow. The other day we stopped after church and they were sending people away because there was a "problem in the kitchen". Not sure what that was all about, but we will return.Thank you for your continued patronage! Unfortunately last Sunday our dishwasher and hot water heater were not working properly and therefore we were forced to close. Thanks for giving us another chance - we appreciate your business!

My friend & I had a wonderful, relaxing lunch at Soups On in Westfield, MA on a recent Friday afternoon. I chose the Portobello Panini - which was very good- and my friend had soup and a half-panini. She raved about the Stuffed Pepper Soup and liked the Chicken Pesto half-panini as well. The restaurant is clean, bright and open and the food was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. (Orders are placed at the register and delivered to the table.) It was quite busy - but not noisy - with diners when we arrived after 1:00 pm. As the lunch crowd departed it was a special treat to be free to linger and enjoy our conversation. I will be back!

This is at least the fourth restaurant on this site. We would be delighted if they stay and make a success of it. The early signs are promising. On a Tuesday afternoon, just a week or so after they opened, the parking lot was nearly full. The interior looks much the same as it did with the last iteration. The wait staff is young, friendly and quite capable. I usually don't like menus that are full of photos of the food on offer. But here, it is both appropriate and helpful. The menu is so extensive, and a number of the options are Eastern European Specialties that not everyone is familiar with. Some time ago, we had visited their first branch in West Springfield and found it both pleasant and satisfying. The emphasis is still on everything being cooked from scratch and with very good ingredients. Since they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner items and many that would crossover at different times of day, it will take some time to work through the many choices. For lunch today, my wife chose the Sweet Vereneki, little dumplings filled with Farmer's Cheese, Cherries and topped with Strawberries. I had the "Big Stuffed Pepper", and from many, many choices of fillings, I selected Salmon and Spinach. Both dishes were splendidWe had two different flavors of Iced Tea that were quite satisfying. We will be back soon to try their soups, breakfast offerings, and certainly the crepes. The dining room is quite pleasant; an outdoor patio looks very inviting. The prices are very fair considering the freshness and complexity of the menu. Bravo and brava. This is a very encouraging addition to the local dining scene.Alan, we want to thank you for the wonderful review. We are glad that you and your wife enjoyed your meals. All the customers love the pictures in the menu for the exact reason you mentioned, they are extremely helpful! Thank you and we hope to see you and your wife again some time soon.

My husband and I recently stopped here on a trip to Connecticut and got a very nice surprise. We ordered sandwiches. They were very good and the prices were also equally appealing. The place is clean and there is a good variety. It took only a few minutes to get our order. The clerk was polite and brought our sandwiches out to our table.. If there was anything negative, it was the fact that the clerk didn't know about the senior discount. That appeared to be a training issue. We will stop here again if ever in that area. Enjoyed it.Hi bonnie_jean_1999,Thank you for stopping by on your way into CT! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the food and the service. Also, thank you for letting us know about a potential training issue...we will be sure to remedy that as soon as possible. We hope you choose us again soon!Safe travels,The Fresh Fields Cafe & Deli Team

We sat right at the big windows overlooking the lake. Our server was friendly and attentive and I really enjoyed my fisherman's Benedict at this comfortable, relaxing place. The crab cakes were delicious and the asparagus was just perfectly prepared! I saw some very tempting pastries on the counter as I left - must return to give them a try!

Quaint little cafe with coffee, breakfast sandwiches and muffins. Several of us stopped in after walking the rail to trail paths. The food was very good, and we especially enjoyed the raspberry white chocolate muffin. We’ll probably make this a regular stop on our route.
