As lunch time approached we found ourselves peddling our four wheeled bike hire towards this place on the promenade which we had spotted on earlier walks.So we parked up at the side of Churros Chocolate Victor and found a table before spotting the sign in different languages stating their is no waitress service so order at the window. So off I went to order our two chocolate frappes and two chocolate covered waffles with ice cream yum yum. I brought back the two frappes but was told I will call you to collect the waffles when they are ready. I was called later and collected our lovely waffles. The only negative comment I must make is these waffles were on a cardboard plate with a plastic white spoon to eat it with, being so hot the ice cream and chocolate all melts and runs onto the table before you can get it eaten fast enough as there is no lip on this cardboard plate to keep it in and also I broke my plastic spoon trying to cut up my waffle so either supply a knife or cut it up before supplying it as it is not easy to cut up a waffle with flimsy plastic spoon. It was replaced without any issues when I showed it to the server girl but it did rather spoil my chocolate heaven experience and could be easily avoided as we were not taking them away but eating them at their cafe area, so why can't they be served on a plate with cutlery as other cafes on the promenade do. However after I mastered mopping up the melting ice cream and cutting up my waffle with a spoon it was really tasty and the chocolate frappes was to die for and was so tempting not to have another.The ice cream was very creamy before it became a liquid and the waffles were well cooked so no complaints about the food service or price charged.Sue and John Eastbourne UK

The food is all homemade and lovely. No fancy dishes tho, sandwiches burgers, kebabs... The chips with bacon and cheese they have are to die for. I absolutely recommend this place, with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. They have a massive terrace where you can chill, have drinks, food, ice cream, dessert or just a coffee!!This place is a must if you go to San pedro

This is one of the best places we have been to! Even though they're busy all morning with customers, they make sure your order is right and that it doesn't take too long. Their prices are amazing and the churros are so delicious! Hopefully we'll be back in Lo Pagan to eat more!

We have been to Kiss Cafe on a number of occasions over the years. The owner called Happy is always very friendly and the kids (and me) love the Indian sharing platter which is just delicious! Great location overlooking the Mar Menor. Highly recommended.

We stayed in an apartment just 5 min walk from this lovely coffee shop. The staff has very limited English but that isnât a problem as they are very friendly. The ice cream is beautiful, beer and coffe very nice. The place is clean and fresh and toilets are spotless. There is no wonder the place is so busy in the evenings as it is lovely.

First time we have visited cielo it was recommended by some friends We absolutely loved it the food was delish, the staff were very helpful and friendly, they explained the menu and some favourites It's in a cracking location over looking the marina and will definitely be visiting again
