This little, tidy, clean jewel in the greater gem of Ronciglione deserve a visit. Apart the nicest owners ever met (great couple and sommeliers as well) the quality of food is at highest level. Local fresh food as well as nicheâs food from other regions are available every day. Eleonora and sometimes her sister Claudia in the kitchen (both gorgeous) together with Federico (sommelier) will offer you one of the best experience in food and wines you can meet nearby. Prices reasonable. Tonight I enjoyed a plain burger with poached egg: fantastic. My friend tried pasta and anchovies: they say it is one of best pasta ever ate. By the way, all the three are Italians.
