We stopped at this Corner Bakery on our way home from Woodfield. The staff is friendly and pretty efficient. We ordered a linguine with meatballs to carry-out. The linguine with meatballs was an ample portion for two to share, and it was tasty. The price was reasonable.

Big, excellent breakfasts at reasonable prices. After trying about 10 breakfast places in Florida, I can say the places down here are clueless about good breakfasts. If you order a bacon omelette down here, you will get bacon bits! Hash browns may not be brown! A "3-egg omelette" in FL is very small, about 1/2 the size of TNT.

My wife and tried the panninni that most people mention. It was our first time. Impressed with the friendly staff. Offered a sampling of the soup special since I was not familiar with it. I ordered the Roma and it was great. HUGE sandwich which I could not finish. My wife had the Caprese and she loved it. I tried the homemade cole slaw which was ok..not much flavor to it. You might be best served to order 1/2 a sandwich and soup or share. The panning was huge. GOOD PLACE FOR LUNCH

After multiple visits, I am pleased to claim Egg Harbor Cafe as my favorite breakfast place in Schaumburg/Palatine. Every meal has a great flavor profile. I generally get the specials, today applewood bacon omelette with marscarpone cheese, fruit and bread choice. Opted for the Chilaquiles this morning. Perfect. If you want to lounge in this restaurant, don't order quickly. Food always delivered within 5 minutes. Staff is always cordial Kudos to ownership for delivering a great meal and staff training.

The Egg Harbor in Arlington Heights expanded several years ago so those of you who found it too cramped or too small should give it another try. Unfortunately, they have also changed their menu and taken off some old favorites. While I know that it's good to keep innovating and some of their new items are quite good, I still miss some of their old signature dishes! Coffee is decent, and their fresh orange and orange-strawberry juice is delicious. I appreciate the fact that they actually prepare the eggs as you like them - as someone who has a visceral reaction (not in a good way) to under-done eggs, this is important!

Looking for a great pancake spot ..it was cute and friendly but the food was only average.. and it was another outrageously noisy restaurant. The place was mobbed but the wait was tolerable.
