Had great breakfast and lovely coffee, nice chilled friendly atmosphere and great service. I would definatly recommend cafe. Has a great menu, excellent food at great prices a real shame it's only open till 3pm.

I and my wife went here twice on our recent trip to Cardiff. Very central and a great delicatessen. The upstairs cafe has an interesting and well-priced menu. The German theme is evident, which I like as we visit Germany quite a bit. Great sandwiches, sausage specials and soup, and good coffee. Fantastic for lunch, but it does seem it can get very busy !!

Pleased that we managed to get a table without waiting, but this is the first time this has happened here. Surprised that it wasn't full on a Friday lunchtime, but it made our lunch even more special.Excellent food with a range of cheese, cold meat and bread all washed down with an excellent house red.If you are looking for something different for your lunch, Wally's is the place for you.

Have visited the Windsor tea rooms several times.Every time we are in the area of Penarth we call in for a coffee or a snack.I defy anyone to pass up on the fantastic display of mouthwatering cakes on offer.....fantastic.Wonderful menu,including roast dinners,curries,breakfasts,or just a snack.Staff very helpful and table service is the norm.Toilets are upstairs.Tables for smokers are available under cover outside at the end of the arcade.Will be back on our next visit to Penarth.

Visited with my daughter one Saturday lunchtime. Good, varied menu and the food is great even managing to make a baked potato with cheese and beans much better than average. Decent iced coffee and they even sell my favourite Snowdonia Cheese range. Definitely return.

What makes this cafe wonderful are the staff, best customer service ever and I eat here very often. Food cooked feshley to order. The menu offers a good choice for everybody. Well done staff your the reason I always want to come back.If someone said to me âlady, would you like the role of Geoff in âByker Grove... the musicalâ or to receive awesome reviews like thisâ? Iâd definitely choose the reviews, youâve made us very happy!! And letâs be fair Geoff was an absolute legend and youâd probably get to meet Ant and Dec at the opening night of Broadway!!

Visited today with family. How have I missed this before! It's amazing. If you love cheese, this is the place for you. I had the Cheese, apple and walnut tart with salad and bread, and shared a bottle of rose wine with family. The staff are very helpful, and there is also a small shop where you can buy from a huge selection of speciality cheeses, and it's not expensive. Booked for a birthday treat for our youngest. Unicorn afternoon tea, which was absolutely fantastic! Her face was a picture when it was brought out! A big sugar rush, but she was in heaven! The staff were brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble!! We were able to take what we couldnât eat home with us in nice recyclable containers too!! We will defiantly be back to try the crepes and waffles as they looked amazing!!

We have visited Willmores several times for coffee and lunch and were so impressed that we decided to book a party for our daughter's 18th birthday party. The owner is extremely helpful and menu choices are very flexible with all the food being home-cooked and selected to suit our rather fussy group of teenagers. They also allowed us to turn up early to decorate the room, and were very relaxed compared to other venues we approached. My daughter had a fantastic evening and I would absolutely recommend Willmores as a party venue for young adults and grown ups alike! I hope this lovely local business goes from strength to strength. Thank you so much. Was lovely to have you all here. We really appriciate your feed back and support. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

We popped in for breakfast on a Monday morning before heading home from our weekend away.The quality and the quantity of the cooked breakfast was very good, the price was very good value. The owners were very friendly and are obviously popular with the locals.The only issue I can see is parking as it's in a residential area. We managed to find a space on a street about 100 yards away.Thoroughly recommended for breakfast.
