We sometimes go to Viherlandia Eeden restaurant for a lunch. There is a good selection of fresh salads and home baked fresh bread in buffet, tasty day´s soup and two main dishes to choose (also in buffet, but nothing special). Dessert and coffee are included. Reasonable prices: 8.00⬠- 14.90â¬.

In my opinion you can find the best salads in Jyväskylä here. The one with halloumi cheese and devil's jam is excellent. You can find also (gluten-free) pancakes and cakes there.

After visiting the museum we checked the museum shop downstairs. While looking what was there on display, a delicious smell was coming from the cafe. The smell lured us to the cafe. The menu consists of healthy meals, which was very welcome to us. The list had many different items, but mainly salads, soups, pasta. I took a spinach pasta and my wife the vege pasta. Both were very, very delicious, lots of herbs was used in preparation. The prices were very agreeable. Also the cakes looked very tempting.I'll definitely want to visit there again.

The place has good selection of different fillings to the pancakes. The taste is good, and the pancake is filling. One can replace a light meal easily. Service is friendly. In the afternoon there was room in the restaurant, the closer the time was to 4 pm the more growded it became. So go early if you have the chance.
