This is the restaurant for Simpsons Bed & Breakfast. You get a voucher and you can get anything on their menu. The people are friendly and you can find someone to talk to if you have the desire or just enjoy a quiet breakfast. The food was really delicious and fresh. They don't have fried or scrambled eggs but they have eggs in their sandwiches.The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go there for breakfast without a voucher!

This is a charming little place in the midst of Mt. Dora. Definitely not a chain or some 'new & trendy' place. As a bit of a breakfast snob, I actually appreciated the little wait we had; meaning, there was good reason. Our breakfast was fresh, hot, more-than-ample and a great value. Service was very friendly and attentive. Too bad we don't live closer, yet the next time in Mt. Dora we will make it a point of revisiting.

Entire upstairs of house on main drag in Mount Dora FL. Gigantic stairway up to this joint. Not handicap friendly. Seat yourself at this establishment. Serves, sandwich's, coffee, and salads. Ordered Salmon salad, and a chicken Caesar. My chicken was super salty, and the salmon was fishy and precooked. My lemonade was awful had to return it. Over all the restaurant /coffee shop was not our cup of tea. We will not be returning

We visited last night because I've been hearing people talk about this new place. I'm glad we checked it out. The Nitrogen concept is really cool (literally!). It allows you to pick from lots of flavors that might not be available ordinarily. They start with a french vanilla cream base and add the flavoring you choose plus your mixins, then the Nitrogen freezes it all together to make your perfect cup of ice cream. The texture is different from normal ice cream but it stays really cold and hardly melts before you eat it all. We got the espresso special on their board and our kids got butterscotch. The sizes are quite large so we all shared. The employees were friendly and helpful! Everything was clean and well decorated with the pirate theme. There were a couple of tables to sit at but most people probably want to take it to go. They have food items that I would be interested in trying but we will definitely go back for the ice cream. We've got a lot more flavors to try!

Our italian ice is homemade, made from the freshest ingredients. You will not find high fructose corn syrup in our italian ice. Many of our flavors are dairy free. On a hot summer day, you may want to indulge in our fresh mango or watermelon Italian Ice.
