We came for breakfast to this modern bakery and café. Service personnel was very friendly and helpful. Initially the pizzas looked fine. We seemed to have chosen the ones with lettuce sprinkled over them. Alas then it seemed that was the most abundant ingredient on it. You'd expect a bit more cheese, tomato sauce and - in our case - parma ham and Parmesan. The lasagna was almost burned with its dark brown cheese crust and watery.

Also vorweg. Es war sehr lecker. Sowohl die Waffel auch auch die Torte. Der Kaffee war im altbackenen Kännchen serviert. Die Einrichtung wirkte eher Rustikal. Ich weià nicht ob es noch einen anderen Eingang gab aber der Zugang vom Cafe-Garten über die AuÃentreppe ist nur etwas für Menschen die keine Höhenangst haben und nicht gehandicapt sind. Im Detail sollte man vielleicht darauf achten, dass man die Waffel erst mit Puderzucker bestreut und dann das Besteck auf den Teller legt. In meinem Fall war es wohl anders, das Besteck war auch eingepudert. Ist nicht so angenehm.

This is a smart cafe, offering breakfast, pannini and small dishes like salads and wraps. It's right next to the river, and in summer it's an excellent spot for sitting outside. In the colder season, it can be rather crowded inside. But it's a great place to relax.

We had lunch @Xavers Ranch. The food was excellent as allways. Good return on investment. The meals for the children are very modest ( â¬7,-), and with home-made chicken-nuggets! When we are 'im Sauerland' we mostly visit this restaurant. The children played in the playground outside (allthough they could fix the fence...). Our daughter had a good time with the dog, outside.Inside the decoration is old-fashion and 'anspruchlos'. We sat in the old kneipe-sittingroom. If they would perk it up a bit (especially the 70' wintergarten) the experience would be almost perfect ;-)

Ot is a bakery with a sort of dining aerea en suite ( this dining aerea is reachable with a short stair)We had a perfect lunch. Reibekuche with salmon. Very very good! Others at our table had something sweet, chosen in the bakery and they both liked it as well.Price-quality of the food is very good.
