Das Café/Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Sieht ein bisschen aus wie in einer Industriehalle aber man fühlt sich gleich wohl.Es gibt viel Auswahl an Gebäck und Kuchen. Man kann sich auch einen Salat oder Pizza zusammenstellen.Alle Speisen waren sehr lecker! Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.Fazit: absolut zu empfehlen

Called in for an afternoon sugar fix. Had the best coffee we have had in Germany for the past 3 weeks of touring. Opted for apple cake which was delicious, a huge serve which the two of us struggled to finish. The ice creams looked really good, like the spaghetti design

Ein sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Kaffeehaus. Sehr viele wunderbare Details und einfach nur gemütlich.Ob ausgewogenes Frühstück oder einen leckeren Kuchen, einfach spitze. Bei der Getränkeauswahl auch mal was besonderes, wie zb ein Bio Winzer.Eine wahre Bereicherung für Freudenstadt

When you like the traditional Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte this is the place to go! They serve you a huge piece and the prices are reasonable. This how Schwarzwälder Kirsch shall taste: Light and very tasty, not fat and sweet at all! Pefection in detail. Will go back here any time I get to Freudenstadt back again!

Three of us were in search of a quick lunch in Freudenstadt, and we had read that the Cafe Müller had a sister establishment in the village's main square called the Café Fontaine. We decided to eat inside despite the attractive-looking outdoor seating, because it was hot! We had three very good, filling sandwiches and two not-so-great goulash soups. Prices were reasonable, service rapid, and the woman who took our orders and served was smiling and charming. A good experience overall. Afterward, we took a longish walk around the village, followed by a stop for dessert at the Cafe Müller, for which a separate review.

With two main courses from the weekly menu, a slice of black forest gateau to share , coffee and a couple of drinks our bill was a bargain at â¬28. Service was friendly and helpful too. If they have Maultaschen al forno on the menu you will not be disappointed!

Cafe pause is next door to the museum, right in the middle of the markt place.. We sat there late one afternoon, people watching. Drinking gorgeous fruit cocktails. Very friendly table service. Although we did not eat there the menu looked very good. You eat inside or sit out in the large sunny or shaded area on the square.

It was a year ago that we called in here, mainly for black forest gateau but they had sold out so we got a few different cakes between us to try out. Great cakes, of top quality. Love the personalities in there too. Will be returning now we live int he area
