We stopped here for a quick buffet lunch on our way to Mount Nebo. It was recommended in our guide. Wouldn’t say this was the best lunch we had in Jordan...not even close... but there was variety and choice so that was nice. And to be honest, there is hardly anything else in the area to choose from! The buffet costs 10JOD or 12€ per person.

Coffee Shop Ayola

The cafe is in a great location just across the road from st george church. The setting and atmosphere were nice, staff were nice and the drinks were really tasty! But, unfortunately, the food was horrible. It's the worst food we had in Jordan and 2 out of 3 of us felt unwell following the meal. I'd recommend it for a drink in a convenient spot, but do not eat here.
