Called in for breakfast and please we did. Both wife and I had the Pantry Breakfast, a full English plus, which came freshly cooked with local ingredients and it was excellent. Could of had a fair choose from the breakfast menu. Lunch menu commences midday and we will certainly return to try, although the Sunday Roast menu is on the list of must try. Friendly service, very clean interior and nice sun garden. Interesting shop and wine selection, glasses or bottles can be enjoyed with your breakfast or lunch. Set within a converted post office this charming cafe-come-restaurant is certainly worth a visit, or two.It was lovely to meet you yesterday and thank you for sharing you enjoyable experience with others. Simple food done well. Ham quiche with chunks of ham and a mixed little side salad lifted this above most similar cafes. They just seemed to have tried that little extra.

So difficult to get good coffee these days - most places usually serve thin, bitter coffee in a bucket-sized mug and try to reassure us of its quality by having staff in t-shirts with “barista” on the back. Stefania however is Italian and serves superb real coffee in her cafe with its friendly and relaxed atmosphere. If you’re in Campden and looking for coffee then this should be your first stop.

We popped in one Thursday afternoon whilst exploring the local area. This lovely little sandwich shop / cafe is in the village's Old Bakery. It's a family run business and we found all the staff friendly and welcoming. There's a huge choice of fillings that you can have as a sandwich, panini, baguette, ciabatta and more! They also do baked potatoes, home made cakes and hot / cold drinks. We both ordered a BBQ Pulled Pork & Cheese toasted ciabatta with a coffee. You order at the counter and then take a seat at one of the tables. The ciabattas arrived piping hot about 10 minutes later and were full of pulled pork and absolutely delicious. We could have eaten them all over again!

Called in for lunch one Saturday. Sat down at a table as there were no instructions as to what to do or how to place an order. Two different staff walked past us three times, no one gave us a menu or directed us to order at the counter. No one said "sorry, we're busy, we'll be with you in a minute" in fact we were completely ignord so walked out after ten minutes. Extremely poor customer service.

Bantam Tea Rooms & Accomodations

The selection of cakes in the window tempted us in for afternoon tea and so glad it did.Friendly service and really welcoming, had our four legged friend with us (as soo many do in the Cotswolds ) the waitress asked if we would prefer the conservatory or the garden - such a treat not to be made to feel like a nuisance having the dog with us !We chose the conservatory and as we sat down they brought over a dish of water for dogo which was a really nice gesture. Ordered two cream teas which came with plenty of jam and cream and a choice of plain or fruit scones (moist and a good size) along with a slice of delicious cake from the extensive choice! I had coffee and walnut which was moist and tasty, and my other half had chocolate which was rich and so chocolatey. Minor issue but not a complaint more of a bit of feedback - didn't understand why the single napkin you're given was underneath the cake? so no use as it was covered in buttercream before you began - also the fork had been put under the cake too!! Not cheap but very nice and excellent food quality, when it's good you don't mind paying! If you are in town, would definitely recommend, and will be back for lunch next time in the area!
