C'est une pâtisserie qui propose quelques tables et permet de manger des plats simples mais très bien garnis et présentés (pizzas, omelettes, salades, etcâ¦). Les desserts sont naturellement "maison" et on y est très bien accueilli. C'est vraiment l'idéal

Every time we come to the Luberon we rent bikes and explore the area. We use the hill climb to Saignon as a litmus test of our fitness as do many other cyclists it appears!Whenever we explore we like to refuel with coffee and cake / croissants. The best cake shop in the Luberon has to be La Vie en Rose in Coustellet but whilst their decor and cakes are amazing, they don't make a croissant as nearly as good as Chez Christine which simply has the best croissants in the area. Tap the top of the croissant and you get that click sound. Then pull off the top and it peels off in layers. Splendid!Their Cafe allongé (espresso with extra water) is top notch as well although we find we need to order 2 each but at EUR 1.50 each it's not a big deal. And of course if you are having 4 coffees you may as well have 4 croissants!

My partner and I Visited Menerbes on a Sun e Bike excursion, randomly stopped at this charming cafe for a cold drink only to discover an impressive display of large savoury quiches and dessert flans. WOW!! Everything looked amazing and to our delight tasted even better, we just had try at least 2 savoury and 2 sweet dishes, ALL remarkable, melt in the mouth full of flavour wonder . Best we'd tasted in our lives . Do stop in, you won't regret it....I just wish we'd bought more to Have for dinner x

We stopped in for pre-dinner drinks on a beautiful September evening. The weather was perfect to enjoy the great ambiance, and Juan was a delight to talk with. He took great care and passion in creating our drinks and we left very satisfied with our choice.

We have been visiting this place for years and have always highly rated it. It is also wonderfully located between Avignon Airport and our holiday destination in Bonnieux so has become the place for lunch on our first day after landing; and then the place to visit for people watching. But it appears there are new owners and it did not seem the same this month: not so relaxed with staff not so wanting to spend time with customers. And with them wanting to set out the cloths and cutlery on all the tables from 11.15am onwards one is left feeling unwanted as just wanting to sit relax and enjoy a glass of something. Advice to owners: be more relaxed with us.

Based on the recommendation of Lonely Planet we decided to eat lunch at Cafe Gaby. The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The patrons that were there were all friendly and outgoing. It was a fun lunch.

Have the Italian salad, delicious burrata, dried ham and tomatoes with a pesto dressing. Salmon skewers for dish of the day, slightly doughy pizza, huge steaks and magret de canard. Delicious deserts, including varied Cafe gourmand. Stunning view down the valley and 12 bottles of wine under 20 euros. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful views, gorgeous views, trellis patio, and incredible beer. Came here with my fellow students on a study abroad program. We came from Colorado, and we found this beautiful cafe perched upon a beautiful hill in the French countryside.
