We literally stumbled on the place after we settled with our bags in the hotel and hungry and tired we found Ethnic. The food is unbelievable and we befriended Jack and his mum, brother and aunt all working together. We pretty much went every night after that and recommend the ribs both pork and lamb, chicken, the chicken wrapped in lamb and the kebabs. They are warm friendly and lovely company and Jack (aka Bradley Cooper lookalike) made us the godfather cocktail our fav and pink pina colada very nice. In the end we started preordering the slow cook ribs because they sell out fast but they went above and beyond to make it special.

I have spent a lot of time in Greece, preferring village tavernas than places in busy resorts, however Mikri Dafni saves you the trip...I am drawn back here, as the various meat dishes cooked on the spit (some for hours) are of the highest quality and extremely tasty. I can also highly recommend the Greek Pizza - oozing with quality Feta and Kalamata olives, the amazing rack of lamb (nothing like in the UK), Gyros Pitta, feta in the oven , great Saganaki and THE best Kontosouvli.A family run place, with a friendly cosy feel, very well priced, using quality ingredients and products, with an attentive (just catch their eye) service. Lots of returning customer, popular with lots of nationalities, couples, solo travellers and groups, all enjoying the great food, atmosphere and ambience... Yammas!

After two years away we were welcomed back to this fabulous little taverna with hugs and kisses from all the family, there is so much to choose from. Please make sure youâre hungry before visiting. The portions are enormous we couldnât finish our plates the first visit so our next visit we asked for smaller portions. Very reasonably priced too. Iâm sure if you visit this place you wonât be disappointed.

Dissapointing as from the outside it would appear a great place but owner is really interested in communicating. Made little effort selling the menu. Beer was warm and the service not like the nearby Tavernas. Didn't go back which was a shame as I felt if he struck up so friendly banter we would of gone back a few times. Babbis down the road is good and this restaurant must get upset seeing all the passing trade go by to go to Babbis or the Italian. Maybe he wants it that way!Shame.

Typical Greek Taverna run by very nice friendly people serving a broad selection of Greek cuisine. We ate here twice during our recent visit and we found the food tasty. The service was good, the taverna had a nice pleasant atmosphere and it was reasonably priced. Happy to go back.

we go to zante every year, and have said we must visit this restaurant as we have passed it loads of times, well we went there for lunch really nice view thats the only good thing i can say about it 9.50 euros for a club sandwich very basic tbh! waitress had a face as long as a mile when it came to paying the bill we found an extra 5 euros had been added! when we asked what for, we were just told i dont know! no apology at all we will never go there again! :(First of all I think you are somewhere else because we don't have club sandwich and a lady waitress in our restaurant.Its the Windmill Restaurant in Vasilikos or you have been somewhere else;
