I was meeting friends for a birthday celebration and was late. The waitress was outstandingly polite and helpful as I have a problem with salt. She immediately went to the chef and confirmed what they could serve me at such short notice. Everything quickly and efficiently and with the nicest smile. The food was excellent and fulfilled all my requirements. The waitress returned quickly to ask if everything was as I had asked. She had even thought to ask for an oil and vinegar dressing for my salad as I had forgotten to mention it when I ordered. I will certainly return with friends and family. The atmosphere is cordial and inviting. The seating gives some semblance of intimacy in places. There is a spacious parking area at the back of the restaurant; however, being downtown, it is very busy and, depending on the time of day, it could be difficult to park. It is better to go early.

Le Dorchester is a pub with great cocktails, local beers and a variety of home made dishes in a sports bar kind of atmosphere. We also have a dinning room which is a quieter more contemporary atmosphere. You can also call a head and reserve a private room

The duck was delicious. If you want a plate of meat and no vegetables, perfect! It was our anniversary dinner so we decided to treat ourselves. We ended up annoyed with the owner and disgruntled. Had he offered our drinks on the house to replace our bad impression we wouldn't be writing this review. Pompous and over priced. We live in this town and haven't been back since.

A small friendly bar with a varied menu. I had wings and fries. The wings had just the right amount of spice for my taste but I found them a bit on the greasy side. The staff were friendly and alllowed us to try our limited French without flipping to English. I really appreciate that little touch. The owners appeart to be Croatian judging by the soccer jerseys they were wearing. A nice little place to visit not far from our hotel the Holiday Inn Express.
