Their chicken barbecue is undeniably delicious. The size of the chicken though changed through time. Everytime i come back the chicken goes a little bit smaller. The service takes time too. And since it's open air and the lights are so dim there are mosquitos everywhere.

Enang's Grill & Seafood Restaurant

My wife and I really enjoy this eatery. It is situated about 2 kilometers out from the city centre on the highway. Getting there is easy. The Resto is on two levels and can be caterogrized as an outdoor style experience with adequate cover in case of rain. The food is varied and every occasion has been good. Plenty of drinks available and live music is usually available on weekends. The costs are reasonable and easily caters for a large group of people. The service is snappy and friendly.

Gina's BBQ Xpress is on the homegrown brands in Iligan City. I love their barbecue. Meat is tender and sauce is spot-on for the Filipino taste. Best paired with their own palapa and vinegar. (Palapa is a traditional Maranao condiment). Their salted egg is also a must-try. Just make sure to ask for the vinegar with palapa.
