I have been to Ouachita BBQ several time and my favorite item is the Sliced Brisketsandwich with onion rings. The brisket sandwich is the best I have eaten and theOnion rings are homemade fresh cut and NOT frozen! Service is always fast and friendly.

Most BBQ places in the Hot Springs area are pretty much the same. Your meat comes with a rub and you add the sauce. Not my favorite thing, but the sandwiches here were good and fries are available. You won't run in and out real quick, but if you're not in a hurry, then give'em a try.

If you like good BBQ sandwiches, chicken, etc. then give this place a try. They also have a butcher shop as part of the restaurant. I like their sandwiches, but I'm a stickler for french fries. Unfortunately they don't serve french fries, which is the only thing that keeps me from going back.
