We went for the parrillia/ BBQ. It was fantastic!!! The staff was friendly and chef was very cordial and gave us exactly what we wanted. You get to go to the BBQ area as many times as you like and pick the cuts. Everything was cooked to perfection and the salad bar was great. Very good value for the money!

La Costa

I ate here because it was recommended by the hotel just a few blocks away. It is setup like a traditional parilla (steakhouse) but I wanted to try the local fish - surubi. I started with an entrada of olives that looked and tasted like they were taken right out of a can. This was followed up by a fairly tasty grilled surubi. The portion was fair for the price. What bothered me is that the bread (which is always served with lunch/dinner) didn't have butter so I asked for some. When I got the bill, they charged me 7 pesos for the butter (just a few slices) and there was also a service charge, which they didn't note they added on the bill.

I've now lived in Argentina for 5 months and the best service I've ever had was at El Molino. Their parillon is incredible. If you want to try a popular argentine meal, order the parillon for two. You'll be stuffed and satisfied!
