By the end of second week of eating out we were stuffed! We opted for this "bistro" purely as it has free tables unlike all the other places in this side street, which were packed to the brim, besides we had "done" the others. Service as always in Biarritz was perfect, extremely polite, professional and friendly. We had 3 mains, an excellent glass of local white and a glass of cider. I had the delicious chipirones, the others lamb and beef, all perfectly cooked, presented and decent quality. Fairly priced bill , came to 54 euros cant argue with that.Hello, Thank you for your visit, we're stoked you appreciated our food.Best regards.

Nothing fancy, just let the quality of the meat speak for itself. Perfect. A simply dressed green salad and great fries, mustard and great meat. And the wine was good too. Very friendly staff as well. Patient with my poor French and very helpful. Thank you.

Perfect place if you like steak (with different meat maturity). The meat is prepared in the main guest room (not in the kitchen). The restaurant serves also seafood and fish. Fairly large portion. Friendly service. Good wine list. Highly recommended.Thanks a lot for your visit and your warm comment !

We popped in for dinner, after reading the comments on here. Compared to nearby Spain, France and especially Biarritz is overpriced, but Laketuas menu is reasonable priced and the food was good. One wee point, another user suggested she had never seen a burger served in a crust, my son had and enjoyed it, its a ciabatta roll!!! My wife had duck which she enjoyed, I had seafood risotto which was reasonably ok. They have Leffe beer on draft which-is expensively nice. Pretty decent eats in an expensive town.
