Were amazed at the liveliness of this place on arrival at lunch time....so busy with locals and a joy to see such a popular place. We were so glad that we had Spanish speaking family with us as the staff did not speak English which added even more to our experience. The menu was hand written which to us, always shows that the food is fresh on the day (none of the mass produced plastic menus covered in pictures of non descript food!) The menu of the day was extensive. There where a few wee errors when we got our meals (wrong dishes to what we had ordered) but this was corrected with no problem. Lamb dish excellent, pork escallopes good 9a huge portion!) grilled liver very good and a wonderful goats cheese salad. The starters were very good (again huge portions) and had to decline the sweets on offer. Very very good food and brilliant value. Lovely to visit a really nice local restaurant, no airs and graces with very good food and great staff.

We really enjoyed our meal here before flying back to the UK. Our Spanish is very limited so it was great to be able to choose the 'Lucky' menu for â¬30 euros for two including a bottle of wine. There was no choice, apart from the colour of the wine, so we could just sit back and enjoy the delicious food. The starter was a large platter of thinly sliced Iberian ham and a selection of cheeses accompanied by a quarter of a loaf of bread toasted, with aioli and garlicy tomato pulp. The main course was a sharing platter of strips of entrecôte steak cooked to perfection served on a bed of char grilled vegetables and chips. We were delighted with our meal (and also with Hostel Pensimar) and would thoroughly recommend both.

Found this place via Google search when in the area on Sunday. Waitress was very friendly and welcoming and fully explained how the carvery worked. Ordered two beef carvery which was cooked fresh. Good portion size, very nice food. Limited choice on desserts on the day (maybe just because we ate late) but the crumble we ordered was very nice. Owner/chef also seemed a friendly bloke.Would highly recommend.

Although on an industrial estate the brewery is easy to find. They have created a good ambience. You can get flight of 6 beers to taste, as well as pints and halves. We were glad we had a flight as all the beers are as good any craft beers Iâve tried. Excellent. Brewed with care and not ,like some American craft beers, artificially carbonated. Bought some beers to take home to try.Although we didnât try the food,the menu looked interesting. We will try it next time. Itâs a great place and should be supported. After all weâve all had enough of macro brewed swill havenât we.

We had several tapas here such as mejillones, ensalada,.. all very tasteful. The house wine is very good and cheap. It is a very busy place sometimes a little noisy but everybody is very friendly and no problem to take your coffee on the terrace.
