Went for lunch a couple of times. Friendly staff, food variable, lovely location at top of Bruyeres 1 lift.Good food was Tarte Beaufort, Cafe Gourmand, Salade Savoyarde, average was omelette Savoyarde,Tartiflette. On very sunny days staff hand out white trilby hats, all one size so can be amusing! Best tables go to those who have booked, but we managed to get tables when turning up on spec.Not my favourite place, but our friends liked it.Bonjour Jerseyman !Thank you for you review. It is true, best tables go to those who have booked, depending also of the number of clients... same in every restaurant isn't it ? Good quality restaurant that serves an excellent and welcome pizza for a reasonable price (c Euro 15). Other dishes a little more expensive than average but portions looked huge. Service is friendly. Food accompanied by a DJ who was playing (to my elderly ears strange but invigorating) music that one of my children told me was electronic dance music. The place for a long lunch especially if you are under 30!

Went as a group and served quickly and attentively. Servers answered our questions and the food was amazing. Ordered the BOITE CHAUDE mont dâor AOP, sélection de charcuteries, pommes de terre, salade, very big serving and quite good. Two burgers were very good with good sized salad and fries, you can tell the bun was homemade, meat was fresh and cooked as requested. The pizza was huge and really good. Our waiter, Tiffany, did a very enthusiastic and professional presentation of the fresh meats available. Her suggestion of an off-the menu flank steak style beef for two was spot on. Also the Syrah wine was an excellent match for the steak. The hotel was very good but the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Every course was a nice surprise and rich of flavors, the pigeon and the lamb excellent and well conceived. Service was professional, timing accurate and the full experience relaxing. We'll come back and this time not just to watch the sculptures on straw and hay!

So we were looking for a place to have a drink and some food, but when we arrived, there was no more "real" food such as pizzas. We could only have crepes which were really tasty! Bonjour. Nous vous présentons nos sincères excuses pour n'avoir pu assurer le non-stop habituel pour prendre un repas complet mais nous étions en sous-effectif, mon frère et moi-même (les deux gérants) avons dû nous absenter pour les funérailles d'un parent très proche.
