I enjoyed everything except the food! My dining partners ordered the lobster mac n cheese and the burger they said it was very good. I ordered the crab cake. It was mushy and I did not like the texture. If I was in the area I would try again but order something different.

Great decor, professional atmosphere and staff. Broad menu with lots of tempting options. My claim chowder was really excellent, smooth with tender clams.My fish tacos were flavorful, could have used more spice and flavor but overall good. The sweet potato fries were soggy and oily. Nice experience. Excellent waitstaff.

We hadn't been there since it stopped being the Big Dog but friends had a Group[on so we gave it a shot. The food and service were excellent, but despite being surrounded by wide screen TVs and a full slate of Saturday afternoon college football, the whole place, which wasn't much back in the Big Dog days, seemed even grimier and in need of a complete update.

I went recently with my husband, as we wanted to try after hearing about it from a few people. We were both very pleased with our meal. Great beer and drink selection, I got the blackberry lemonade sangria, Iâm a big sangria fan! Well mixed and flavor was great! We then got the fried pickles, bc who doesnât love them. What was different is they used bread and butter pickles and they tasted amazing, with the sriracha aioli for dipping, great app! My husband proceeded to get his usual classic cheeseburger, but was very pleased with the taste, as he said it was one of the best tasting burgers he has had, which is big coming from him. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was huge, coleslaw and fried pickles on it with chipotle bbq sauce, great combo of cool, hot, sweet, and salty! I changed my fries to the garlic Parmesan and they were life changing, one bit and you stop bc they are so good!!Overall great food, service was average, have good outdoor seating space, and plenty of parking.

LaRosa's located on Barnard St. just off Rt. 28 (Main St.) in the town center. Two large town/public parking lots very close. It's moved from mainly a fast service to a full service restaurant during the last few years. Plus added outdoor seating. Food is excellent. Sandwiches, salads and Italian specialties. I've been for both lunch and dinner and it's always good. So's the service. If you're in the area don't miss this place.

Stopped in here with my brother for lunch. Ordered a couple of drinks and onion rings as an appetizer awesome best around. Main courses was 2-Italian Assortment-Veal Cutlets, Chicken Cacciatore, Meatballs, and Sausage in their meat sause with Angle Hair past, all we could say is Wow large portions great fast courteous service for the Dollar. Been awhile since I have been here still good. Will definitely be back.
