A colleague of mine want to eat at this restaurant for we drive by it every day. It was really busy for a Tuesday, but expected as it caters to an older, local crowd. The service was good and the food okay. I think its crazier when they have karaoke on weekends. Proceed with caution.

My son treated me to Mother's Day Brunch today at Napa Palisades Saloon. What a pleasant surprise! The staff were all friendly and attentive and the food was great. They have the standard eggs and such, but also a variety of other "newer" selections. Within walking distance of all downtown hotels.

The food was excellent, The service was only OK because we were asked over and over by different servers if we were finished with a dish. After awhile it became annoying. The prices were too high.The noise was deafening. People were obviously having a great time but half the time I couldnât hear the person sitting next to me.

The food was fantastic, but outside was empty (inside busier)...very slow.....They also only have half chicken as do many restaurants in Napa...a waste, to end up throwing in the garbage. For a town so interested in paper straws and recycling...why would they want food tossed into waste.

This place was great for breaking up the "fine dining" and "wine tasting" vibe of Napa. Everyone at the bar was really friendly and so were the locals. Yum! Great place with options for every budget from burgers to steaks and seafood. We really enjoyed our meal here. A margarita pizza appetizer, flat iron steak with Parmesan fries .. my wife also has steak with asparagus and garlic mash ... everything really good! Friendly!

We liked Carpe Diem so much it was the only restaurant we visited twice in the 10 days we were in Napa. Genaro provided great service both times. The salmon with carrot puree was an interesting take and loved it as well as their short ribs. Great wine selection and brewed on premises beer was great, too

Had the Pinot wine flight here & Napa wind flight both cost approx $18 for 3 small pour glasses of wine, not much explanation given by staff regarding wines but that was okay with us Food smelt & looked amazing but unfortunately we ran out of time in Napa to go back and sample it
