Stem Wine Bar embodies all that inspires us from our collective travels to the wine bars, tapas bars and restaurants of Spain, Italy, France, New York and San Fransisco. A meal here might be a board of artisan cheese & charcuterie, one or two small plates
We visited Stem a few years ago and were not impressed. I'm glad we returned. The wine flights are fine. The food is uniquely delicious and the servers are true wine connoisseurs. It is not inexpensive. However, I believe we got what we paid for.Thank you for your visit and review! I'm glad we could redeem our less than stellar first experience for you. We look forward to serving you again soon.

I took a business associate to this burger place because of its recent high rating as one of the best burgers in Atlanta. I was not disappointed as my burger was a mile high and quite delicious. I cannot comment on the sides as I simply ordered a huge burger. lol The atmosphere was fun for a family and there is plenty of outdoor dining space to boot.

We stopped in to try the burger and it did not disappoint. The salad was also tasty. The complimentary cheese bread was delicious. The fries were generic and did not meet expectations.

Staying at a nearby hotel and ordered sandwiches for delivery. Order came faster than expected! Sandwiches a little pricey at 8.99 for the size, but they were tasty and it saved us a trip out for dinner. Would try again if we are here.

Bar + Kitchen on the Marietta Square. 32 taps, craft cocktails, wood stone pizza oven, boutique wine & seasonally inspired shared plates.
Four of us went...crazy...you have to stand around and hover so you can grab a table before someone else does. Noisy, very average food (at best) and a very slow kitchen combined to guarantee we would not return. And it's in our neighborhood! What a disappointment!

Such a quaint place. The tapas was good had buffalo squid which was different and I loved. The tuna was very ordinary. Loved the prunes, and shrimp dishes. The martini was good especially the expresso martini loved the piano players. They brought the place to life and it was so so enjoyable. A great evening was had by all.

Opened about 4 months now. A nice, local tavern with very good food.
Marlow's is our neighborhood tavern. We have eaten there quite a few times and every time we say never again but then we give them another chance only to be disappointed again. The problem is both the service and food are inconsistent. We ate there a few days ago and surprisingly the place was nearly empty. One of the specials was Fish and chips which I love. I was surprised when my order arrived in a big, deep ceramic bowl which made it very difficult to eat. I had to chase the fish all around the bowl to try and cut it. The fish was good but not great but the chips were absolutely horrendous. They obviously had been prepared far in advance and were limp, soggy and barely warm. Absolutely inedible and considering the $16 charge a huge disappoint. My wife had a hamburger, which is the only thing she will eat at Marlow's which she said was very good , perfectly cooked , served on a toasted bun with a delicious Caesar Salad. It would of been nice if we both had been happy with our meals. It seems that every time we go there to eat there is a problem with service or the food. How difficult can it be to make a decent French Fry. Be a long time before we give Marlow's tavern another try. There many new and better restaurants opening in the same area. Please accept our sincere apologies for your disappointing visits to our tavern. Certainly not the Marlow's way. We would like to speak in person about your concerns. Please send your contact information to [email protected] and we will be in touch quickly. Thank you!
